This is my first Casio watch and I have really been enjoying this model. The design is classic and the step tracker functionality was ultimately the deciding feature. Unexpectedly, I love the backlight color which really brings back nostalgia for me.

I am a long-time Casio watch users. With cheap smart watches everywhere, I envied their native function to sync the time with phone. I am glad Casio finaly built this function in its watch. So, I happy to buy and wear it.

After receiving and wearing the Casio ABL 100WE-1AVT watch for the past 2 weeks I have mixed feelings about it. PROS: Larger than A168 looks and fits better on adult wrist. Bluetooth connection useful for setting time, etc. Comfortable watch band. CONS: Overpriced for feature set. Step counter records every vibration and movement of wrist, resulting in extremely inflated, inaccurate, useless step counts. Bluetooth connection utility is awkward and less convenient than manually pushing watch buttons to make adjustments, changes, etc. Overall, marginal/poor value watch for the money.

I’ve had a few weeks with my new ABL 100WE. It has become my daily driver. The step counter is something that not only have I become fond of but it’s something motivating me to hit my daily step goals. Definitely a win. Out to a gathering today it gained quite the attention and positive interest. Lastly, tonight I misplaced my phone in the house. Tried the find my phone feature and the feature worked perfectly. Very satisfied with my purchase. Highly recommend.
The ABL100WE-1AVT is amazing! Looks great. Good size...so many compliments. At this price, you should just get it. Super fast shipping as well!
I quit wearing a smart watch last year because I hated having to charge it daily and found most of the functions meaningless. I did however miss the step count function. This little Casio fills that void. It's super comfortable on the wrist and has a cool vintage look similar to the 168. With the kids playing sports the stop watch and countdown timer are really handy. It also surprisingly has a dual time mode which is awesome for travel.
I like how Casio kept the retro look but packed in some modern tech. I think the step counter is a nice reminder to move throughout the day and the whole unit has more soul and personality than a smart watch/fitness tracker.
I bought this watch on a whim and it has quickly become my daily watch. I was tired of using the typical smartwatch - daily charging along with tons of other features and apps that I did not use. Too much clutter. This 1AVT wittled it all down into something sleek, simple, and useful. A watch with a few great features (including step tracker). This is the first Casio that I have bought and I'm glad I did. Casio, if you're listening, please add heart rate tracking to the ABL100WE!
The retro look is exactly what I was looking for. But the technology is very useful. Bluetooth connectivity makes managing the settings easy, and the time accurate. That said, iove that it has just enough modern features. It's definitely not over connected for those that want a break from constant interruptions.
I tried using an Apple Watch and didn’t like it because it didn’t feel like a real watch. I have a few watches that run automatic and decided to give this watch a try. It looks and feel like a classic Casio but it has step tracker and Bluetooth connectivity for more functionality. I love this watch and definitely recommend it. Great choice for modern times for sure!
