Perfect for my 2009 Toyota Camry. Used for many years
Have been using Castrol Ultra Clean 10W 30 for many years in my 2005 Holden Commodore 3.6L 190KW V6, and really love this engine oil. I change my oil every 6000kms as these engines really do need frequent oil changes to avoid sludge build up which is a common problem with these engines caused by poor positive crankcase ventilation. My Commodore has over 262,000kms on it, with original timing chain and has never had any sludge issues. The VVT (cam phasers) and hydraulic chain tensioners rely on correct oil pressure and flow, hence why I use Castrol Ultra Clean. I have no issue with sludge in the used oil or in the filter at 6K oil change intervals. I highly recommend this oil to anyone who requires a quality oil or who has a car with multi valve / cams.
Great oilI've found this engine never Burns it(zre152 corolla) I've used it ever since the car ran out of warrantyI think it's a good oil. I've never gone over 7500km. Please don't do 15000km like manufacturers recommend it's just insane
Some how this 5liters is quiye not enough on my 2.0 engine that only requires 4.8liters
Have used this oil in all my small engines, generator, ride on mower, whipper sniper, oil always changed at the required intervals and all machines running beautifully no problems at all
I used this in my first oil burning Prius and I use it in my current Prius who has just started oil burning. She runs so much more efficiently on this oil in fuel efficiency, sound and power of the engine. Did an oil change this morning at 330000kms she runs like new on this! Good quality but would be great if it was on special more often
I use this on engines that have not had regular oil changes, I then drain it after a couple of thousand K's and start anew with the regular oil changes. Prefer this product over those engine flush concentrate products which I believe would be harsh on the engine seals.
My VZ V6 Commodore is much smoother even after 3,000 kms of mixed city and highway driving. Comparing ultra clean to other top shelf oils that I've used, it noticeably stands out. My engine is much smoother, quite, punchy and a bit better with fuel economy. I have tried other major leading brands but this one stood out and I really noticed it after the initial change, something I haven't really seen with other brands. I'm looking forward to having cleaner engine internals as the oil has additives to keep the insides clean. I will be using ultra clean for all my vehicles moving forward. Don't forget it's also synthetic oil and priced right. Ticks all boxes.
