My son is a big fan of CAT construction toys and now he is super thrilled to own this realistic construction train set.When he saw this he jumped out of joy. He was so excited to build the tracks himself. It great for his motor skills and for coordination to build the tracks. The motorized toys on the track with lights make it even more fun for kids to play with this uninterrupted for hours.My son loves the little machine construction toys and the crane. Very good quality materials and sturdy toy. In the summer I am planning to use this with my son in the sandbox for more realistic pretend and play. But overall it’s impressive and perfect. Great for little boys who live pretending to be construction workers. My son is absolutely in love with this set!

Thought this train set was a great find for my great grandson, he likes trains and loves construction toys. Went together very easily, but.. the train wheels don’t stay on the track and fall over. Very frustrating for an impatient 4 year old. He lost interest after many attempts to keep the train on track.

The Cat Little Machines Power Tracks Train Set really excited my four year old son. He played with this for hours. The train and cars are really well made and satisfied my little ones obsession with construction and trains. The only downside is that the track is not as well made as I like and train didn't stay on the track very well.

My sons love these toys. My oldest is 6 and my youngest is 2. They both play with it but it’s a big hit with my two year old. He loves the noises the toy makes. He loves to push it around the track, but they do go around on their own. So far it has not broken which is a plus. It does come apart sometimes and the train comes off the track.
First of all - the box is great because it comes with a see through window for kids to instantly see what fun is expecting them inside.The tracks are easy to set up and do not take up a lot of space. However, I played with my 4 year old grandson and we both had problems putting the train on the narrow tracks. Once the train runs, it sometimes even falls off the tracks which is frustrating.The little light on the front also does not work consistently.We love the size of the train itself and that the crane is magnetic! A small child can easily pick up every piece and play with it individually. (The train also runs without tracks which is great)

The thing kept running off the track, the kids kept getting irritated with it.And man alive, I don't know if other toy trains are quiter, but this one is loud in my opinion. and we've had electric trains like this in the past. But I don't remember them being this loud.
CAT- Cat little machine power tracks train set is perfect for our 3 year old little man. Him and his father had a ball setting up and playing with the set.The track is easy for an adult or older child to set up. The trains themselves are durable. The crane even has a magnetic to lift which my little guy loves so much.This is our first toy from CAT but definitely not the last. Glad to see that the quality in toys is just what I’ve always received from CAT products.
Fun idea of a fairly simple to assemble train track. Though younger kiddos will still need help. Motorized engine seemed to powerful and would continually drive off tracks. Easy on and off push button. Train cars seem to be simple for kids to hook up.
This set is terribly designed. The train can not do a full loop without derailing. The train noise is loud and grating as well. If I hadn’t already thrown out the box I would be taking it back. Instead it will go to a charity shop.
This is the worst designed toy ever!Train is too long for the corners therefore will never stay on the track! Read the reviews they’re all true. It does not work how it should. Why they keep selling them is beyond me. Buy if you want your child to cry because it doesn’t work how it should!!
