Adds up to two additional players to CATAN – Starfarers for an even more epic race to explore and settle the galaxy. This extension not only adds new player pieces, motherships, and additional space sectors, but also introduces the mysterious alien civilization – The Travelers. Players can strike up trade alliances with the Travelers to benefit from their super-natural powers! Bottom line, Starfarers with more than 4 players is fun. It actually feels faster paced than 4 players. The additional "pilot" mechanics, which replace "special buy" phase from other Catan games, are more robust and work fairly well in the game format. Absolutely worth it if you have more than 4 players for this game.
