I heard about this product from a podcast with Gary Brecka, and I ordered it. The salt is very salty, so be aware to add less then you usually would. I did add it to my morning breakfast, and the taste is delicious. I did feel the aftertaste because it seems this salt has bunch of other minerals as well. I would say be reserved in the usage, and perhaps use it in you morning water intake. Not for cooking, because we still need iodine in the normal kitchen salt to support our thyroid. The price was excellent, the package is big enough, that it will last me for a half of year. I even gave some to my friend.
