I've switched over to these mainly because they contain iron. My One A Day and Rainbow Lite brands don't have that. I've suffered with vertigo and low energy levels for almost a year now and one thing I've recognized is I don't consume enough iron rich foods in my diet. Being so this is the most well reviewed most widely available multivitamin that I can get my hands on for years I have been taking it with no problems or issues. I've been taking Centrum Men Multivitamins for a few months, and they've been great! As a 30-year-old guy, I needed something to keep up with my active lifestyle. Well, having tried lots of other cheap multi vitamins I was very sceptical. Now I'm in my 30s and trying to be bit healthier I decided to try quality over quantity.
