I received these Centrum Women 50+ Multi Vitamins for free from @influenster and @centrumgb in exchange for my honest review. These multi vitamins are specially tailored for women aged over 50. They contain vitamins and minerals to help with the changing needs of the over 50's woman and are described as a complete daily multivitamin for women over 50. They are intended to be taken daily in addition to a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle and not as a substitute. 𝕄𝕪 𝕆𝕡𝕚𝕟𝕚𝕠𝕟 I have been taking these Women 50+ for a few weeks. I normally prefer to take targeted supplements rather than multi vitamins as I find they work better for me. These supplements have an impressive ingredients list which includes Biotin, Selenium and Zinc which I normally take in gummy form. There are 30 tablets, so a month's supply as they are 1 a day. I found these tablets to be quite large so if you have difficulty swallowing tablets, you may struggle with these although they do have a smooth coating on them. I personally prefer gummies over tablets as they are nicer to take! I haven't noticed any real advantages from taking these vitamins so far and have actually gone down with a heavy cold whilst taking them so they certainly didn't help my immune system! I have not felt a boost in my energy levels either. I don't suffer with menopausal symptoms so cannot comment on whether they help with that but others have said that their hot flushes seemed to be less frequent. I probably wouldn't repurchase these vitamins as I find that the supplements that I normally take work better for me. Centrum GB have a range of products to suit different stages of life. I received these products for free from Influenster and Centrum in exchange for my honest review. These tablets are fairly large so I break them in two to swallow a little bit easier and have with a glass of water with my breakfast first thing in the morning. They contain a huge range of vitamins required for daily consumption so find I don’t need to take any extra vitamins at the same time. These have replaced my existing vitamins. I have only been taking for two weeks so haven’t noticed a big difference in energy levels but am hoping to see some improvements after another few weeks. I would recommend these tablets as much easier to take one a day rather than numerous tablets to get the same amount of RDA levels .

Multivitamins with supplements are recommended for men and women over 50, on a daily basis. I had noticed that before I started taking the vitamins I would run out of energy by the late afternoon and be unable to do everything I wanted to do. But a few weeks after being on them I felt ten years younger. I have more energy than ever! I cannot believe the difference they are making. Every morning I take my daily vitamin because the longer I'm on these, the better I feel. I have suffered from vitamin deficiencies most of my life and these have really turned things around for me. I can't recommend them enough.

I have been testing this product, Centrum 50+ for Women. I was given the product, but all my thoughts regarding it are only my own. I have General stomach issues, so I am always cautious of “eating/taking” something new. I am happy to say that 10 days into trying this, I have zero issues to report. This is “easy on the stomach”. I am sure that the longer I take this, the better the results would be - but - I do feel benefits already. A bit more energy, better sleep, and even a bit more mentally “on the ball”. I am looking forward to longer term benefits. Even though I was given product to try, I will be purchasing more when I run out.

I use this supplement as I feel.it has all the vitamins and minerals I require without taking extra pills.The pills are easy to swallow even though they are larger in size than some.I usually purchase Centrum as I feel it is a good quality product and I can trust the manufacturer.No bitter after taste or stomach issues for me .I have experienced stomach upset with several other brands I've used in the past

I am retired and always super busy and rarely eat properly. I was feeling run down and tired and my dietitian friend suggested that a multi vitamin might help. I bought a bottle of thr Centrum 50+ tablets and within 2 weeks had my old energy back and felt healthier. I have been taking them every day since and while I do try to warn well, these help me know I am getting anything I might be missing.

Cottage pie for one

My Centrum tablets are fine and should provide what I need.I did however on this order purchase a cottage pie which was really awful. You haven’t given me the option to review that item though I intended complaining to you anyway. The beef was tasteless to the point where I couldn’t have known what I was eating unless I could see it. It didn’t even have a gravy taste. Having bargain products is useless unless they are edible and enjoyable. Mine went in the waste bin after 3 spoonfuls. It’s the worst purchase ever made from Asda and won’t buy again.

Great value

I struggled after menopause with illness and these are great value n definitely make a difference. I tried more expensive 50+ and noted the lack of energy n more pain. So I stick to these. Cheap ones are useless but we're all different with diet etc. these top up what I lack being vegan.
