As far as product goes, the bottle sent to me doesn't expire until January 2026. I'm glad to have a chance to try this supplement. Plus to see how the effectiveness and to see if I had any side effects. Which I can say I have not had any side effects. Centrum is a well known brand, so I feel comfortable trying this product. The Centrum Complete Multivitamin Supplement is intended to provide hot flash support through the ingredient geniVida, though like many such supplements it takes a while to see the effect so it's too early to say. However, there is clinical data that shows geniVida is a good non-drug option for managing hot flashes so that's promising! They’re easy to swallow and they actually smell pleasant. There’s no repulsive, typical vitamin smell and no heartburn with these. I especially like the bottle cap that is easy to unscrew. I have arthritis in my hands and struggle with the child proof caps. If you have small kids around, just remember these are not childproof. So I recommend putting these we’re a child can’t get to them. The expiration date is also clearly printed on the box and the bottle, but you’ll likely use them long before the expiration as there are only 30 to the bottle. Definitely recommend! Excellent multivitamin, still testing use on hot flashes

I was excited to try this menopause supplement. I don’t know what source the genistein in this derives from, but the National Library of Medicine has an article on this plant-based form of phytoestrogen. “As an isoflavone, mammalian genistein exerts estrogen-like functions. …Biological effects of genistein were reported in preclinical studies, such as the antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antiviral activities.” I was hoping that this could replace another supplement I take that has black cohash in it. But I still need it. I did not notice any change in my hot flashes. I like that this has riboflavin, folate, B6 and B12, and magnesium, which are all things that I need to be taking. It gave me energy but couldn't tell for hot flashes.

I like to keep my vitamins in their boxes and this is poorly made good thing the container is nice and sturdy and well made. The capsules are a work of art so beautiful. They have a purple shimmering pearl coating. They are a little big but they are easy to swallow due to the coating on them. They are tasteless, gluten-free, and hormone-free. I didn't feel any difference with the hot flashes but It says on the box that they start working after 12 weeks. I only had enough for 4 weeks so I have to buy 2 more boxes to see if they work.
