Recently I bought a new box and wondered by they weren't working. The week I started to take them the flushes and night sweats came back. I had heard through another chemist that the formulas are a bit hit and miss with Promensil ie they don't follow the exact same ingredience every time and hence some boxes don't work. I remembered this after about a week of taking it and swapped to new box of normal strength instead of the double strength and the hot flushes and night sweats stopped. These double strength tablets are the only ones I find effective in treating & diminishing my menopausal symptoms & I've tried quite a few different ones.

Purchased after Blackmores Menopause Day & Night got discontinued. Tried Hormone teas,tried Remifemin, wasn’t having success with Black Cohosh in either. Was prepared to try Happy Hormones. I have been taking promensil double strength for 2 months. My hot flushes were waking me up . Promensil is starting to reduce the severity and the amount of times I’m getting them. Hopefully it will eventually stop them altogether. But at this stage I’m happy.
