I've always taken a variety of supplements as needed but I've never taken a multi vitamin until now, as I have gotten older everytime I go to the doctor she is all about getting me to take a daily multi - so here I am trying the Centrum Silver 50 plus and I like them. They seem to offer everything I need in one pill that supports brain, heart & eye health along with bone strength, so I was able to ditch a few of the individual supplements I was taking. I find I can take these in the morning either on an empty stomach or with food and I've had no stomach upset or anything (you know feeling like the pill is stuck in your throat half the day) the pills seem large at first glace but honestly they are very easy to swallow, an extra bonus I only have to take one a day so ... I really like taking Centrum silver for women 50+ and I give it a 5 star rating because I feel comfortable taking this multi vitamin every day that I am getting a well rounded and thorough amount of vitamins for my age. If I had to change anything, it might be to up the calcium to 500 mg from 300mg. Other than that, its a pretty solid vitamin. It covers Vitamins A, C, D, E, K, B6, B12, Folate and plenty of minerals. The tablet is in line with the same size of other multivitamins on the market. It is not coated, but it is easy to swallow. And if anyone has issues swallowing pills or vitamins, (my mom does) carbonated beverages help a lot!

It took a few days to figure out exactly how much I had to eat before I swallowed this so I didn’t get nauseous. 1 Chobani Greek yogurt isn’t enough. I have to eat the yogurt and 3 of the 4 Belvita “biscuits “ in my normal breakfast before i swallow the Centrum tablet. Then I eat the final “biscuit” to chase it down with. Now that I have figured that out and it no longer is making me feel 🤢 yucky things are going ok. TBH I’ve been eating gummy multivitamins for years and decided I should probably skip the extra sugar but the gummy’s are sure easier to swallow and never made me sick. Sometimes adulting is hard.
