Easy to take and great energy lift

So these vitamins are actually really easy to take. They look big which I worried about but we're simple to swallow which was a worry I had at first. No issues there.I have felt a boost in my energy since taking these. I feel it helps my immune system, my hair feels better and nails growing nicely too.Much needed lift in my overall health since I've been taking these.Great product would definitely recommend.Supports my health which is a big bonus especially in winter when the kids are always full of germs.

Excellent multivitamin!

Excellent product! This product has all the essential vitamins in one. There is no horrible taste or after taste with them. The tablet is on the larger side for me, but they are quite easy to swallow. I haven't noticed a difference in my health just yet, but I have only had them for a couple of weeks. I do think they will help greatly to keep taking them. The packaging is nice and colour and has all the information on what is in the tablets. They support skin,hair,nails,bone strength, and immune system and help to reduce tiredness. They are also lactose,nuts,wheat, and gluten-free. They are easy to take, with just one tablet a day.
