It does not leave the bit of greasy feeling or look on your skin that regular lotion would, although I would not say it mattifies your skin like their description. It leaves your skin looking pretty similar to pre-lotion application, not looking more matte/dry like you might see with a powder. This is the only reason I gave 4 stars as I will likely continue using this over my old lotion since I think it does do better with oil control, just not perfect.

After applying for 4 days, my skin does look fresh and plump and even.
