Compared to the lotion, this cream has a richer texture and I love it for my extremely dry hands and feet. it doesn't absorb as quickly so if "feeling" the product on your skin for a while bothers you, chose the lotion instead. As for me, my hands need this! They get so dry they crack and I need to coat them with long lasting moisture, especially in colder weather. It has no fragrance and I can use it all over the body and on my 4 year old who has eczema. It has kept my super dry hands under control. I'm hopeful that as we head into the colder months I won't be turning into an alligator. I'll buy it again and recommend it to others for sure

THIS new cetaphil for continuously dry, sensitive skin is absolutely amazing! It’s definitely not as heavy and doesn’t feel like it’s clogging my pores. I've been using the cream and lotion I received since I received them and I'm saying if you haven't tried these and have very dry skin or eczema please try them. You will not be disappointed. I noticed a huge difference in my skin on initial use and continued use. I use both daily. I usually use body cream because regular lotions do nothing, but this stuff makes my skin stay moisturized. Usually after a few hours with the cream or after wearing socks and taking them back off my feet look crusty and my skin is peeling. I haven't had this issue since switching. Living in New Mexico, the dryness or lack of moisture is extremely apparent. I applied the Cetaphil advanced relief cream with shea butter and my hands instantly look moisturized. I love the non-greasy feel and it lasts all day, even after washing my hands often. There is also a very faint or no scent at all!! With washing my hands several times a day, using hand sanitizer and just my skin after having a baby has been so dry! My skin was in need of some serious hydration and the Cetaphil Relief Lotion and Relief Cream did just that. I really liked both of them but the Relief Cream was my favorite. The texture was rich and creamy without feeling super heavy and it absorbed into the skin quickly without leaving any sticky residue. It made my skin feel velvety with almost a powder finish! This product out shines Competition. I've used several other leading brands of lotions plus pure Shea butter. Always looking for something that was hyper allergenic due to me having sensitive skin. When it comes to my face the only thing I can use use use on my face was pure she butter. But this product has two essential parts of my cleaning routine all in one. And I haven't noticed any issues with sensitivity or allergic reactions.  I'm gonna have to keep two of these on hand at all times. One of my nightstand at night and one of my desk at work. I will definitely recommend this to all my friends and family and coworkers Ps. It is great on dry feet.

I have dry skin naturally, so I always use lotions that are heavy in moisturizing the skin. Lots of body creams and shea lotions and such. There are up to par with all the other products I use. They keep me moisturized throughout the day. Not really a great scent but it doesn't smell bad either. Just smells unscented. I wish it had more of a scent to it. I was expecting like a Cocoa Butter smell but unfortunately it has no scent at all. Definitely will be using it regularly though.

I usually only use B-Mi Naturals on my skin because it is 100% natural and actually keeps my skin my moisturizer past ten minutes. This Cetaphil with Shea Butter did wayyyyy better than any store bought skin cream I have ever tried. The moisture actually lasted all day! The cream was very thick but very creamy. A little goes a long way. The bottle although it looked small actually has enough to last you quite some time. The scent isn’t all that great but if you wear fragrance or cologne it doesn’t quite matter. If B-Mi Naturals is ever sold out, I know what to grab. I def recommend.

Now that cooler months are coming, my skin has become drier. I have always been a fan of Cetaphil skincare products. Their products are most recommended by physicians everywhere. I use this cream on my most difficult areas on my body like elbows, knees and heels of my feet. You can use it anywhere on your body but my most difficult areas to hydrated and stay hydrated are those areas. I have really been enjoying this product it has made such a dramatic difference on my skin. It’s great for the whole family to enjoy. It’s fragrance free and paraben free and made with Shea butter for deeply hydrating sensitive skin without irritation. I would recommend this product to any household.

Just doesn't do the trick for me

Bought this to use for my homemaker hands that are regularly in water and cleaning solutions, plus just dry from winter weather. Unfortunately it leaves my hands feeling quite greasy and I have to wait awhile for it to sink in before I can touch anything else, on top of which I find that I have to reapply it often if I don't want my hands to feel dry again. I'd be happy to use this only at night if it seemed to work well but it just doesn't seem to do so for me. I find that the Cracked Skin Repair Balm works much better for hands that stay busy.
