I just discovered today when I accidentally bought the wrong version of my cherished Cetaphil, which I have been using for over 40 years, that you seem to have eliminated your original product which was called Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser- Face & Body- All Skin TypesIngredients: water, cetyl alcohol, proplylene glycol, dodium lsutyl sulfate, stearyl alcohol, methyl paraben, proplylparaben, butylparaben.I desperately need this to be returned immediately…this is the only product I have ever been able to use to cleanse my face since I was a teenager. In fact my dermatologist from years ago was the one who invented this… it saved my skin which was very dry. But then he said due to you’re a patent laws, he was no longer allowed to make his. His was even better. I can’t use any of the ingredients in your other products now. VERY UPSET.

I saw a dermatologist recommended this cleanser so I wanted to try. I wear Misha BB cream and eyeshadows, mascara.. This cleanser can wash all my makeup off nicely, without drying. Afterwards, I wash my face with my other soap. I don't have particular sensitive or dry skin but I'd say this product is mild and nice. Only one thing, the fragrance is too strong for me sadly. I don't like strong scent for my face so I won't repurchase this one when I finish this bottle. I will try sensitive skin one from Cetapil which has no fragrance.

Cetaphil cleansers are widely known for their gentle formulas suitable for sensitive skin. They're often recommended by dermatologists for their non-irritating and fragrance-free nature. Users generally appreciate how they effectively cleanse without leaving the skin feeling stripped or dry. However, some may find them a bit too gentle for removing heavy makeup or oil buildup. Overall, they're a solid choice for daily use, especially if you have sensitive or easily irritated skin.

I have been using Cetaphil daily facial cleanser for more than 20 years. I am severely disappointed that like many manufacturer's products over the last 2 years, the quality of this product has gone way downhill. This cleanser is now so watery that every time I pump some out to cleanse my face it squirts everywhere. This used to have a nice viscosity - not too thin and not too thick. Like a lot of products post-Covid, this cleanser is a watered-down version of the one I had used for so long. Is it really worth it to water down your cleanser to save a few cents and lose long-standing customers? On top of that, they changed the formula in other ways too. Now, it makes my face "burn" after using it. I never had this problem before. It really stinks that I buy it in ... MoreI have been using Cetaphil daily facial cleanser for more than 20 years. The best product I ordered and usedBeautiful results from the beginning of use. I recommend using it and repeating it‏It soothes my very dry skin from rosacea and sensitive skin, so it does the job. The texture is quite heavy so you have to apply a very small amount of a pea on a specific area of the face. The packaging was very luxurious and a spoon was provided. I loved every detail of it. It is suitable for all ages, and its quality is very high and provides many benefits. I originally bought Cetaphil daily facial cleanser because it was in a small plastic bottle and I thought it would be good to take on holiday. I was right! It has however become one of my favourite cleansers.I use it as a second cleanse after using a heavier cream/ oil to remove my make up.It represents good value. It does not irritate my sensitive skin but leaves my skin feeling soft and not tight at all. I don’t find it foaming at all but more like a gel/ cream consistency. This cleanser does what it says and gets the job done.
Gentle cleanser. It so safe for my dry and sensiti skin. I use it twice daily. Even in winter, still hydrate my skin. It affordable product and entire family can use it. It trusted brand i use for years. Highly recommended for everyone who looking for gentle cleanser. Easy to find everywhere. I use to get mine at Chemist warehouse. Sometimes i get on discount price. I just get one for everybody in my house. Safe my money also as i dont need to buy separate item for different person. I never get reaction using this product and even safe for my Tweenanger.
This is not the same product as the normal Cetaphil cleanser you can use on your body and face, without necessarily having to rinse it off. I had looked at the ingredients between the two products and thought it would be the same thing. I knew right away that I'd made a mistake. This facial cleanser has a huge amount of masking fragrance in it that smells like an aftershave. The regular Cetaphil has no scent at all. I cannot imagine why they would add so much strong smelling fragrance to a facial cleanser. My face turned red right after using it. If you have sensitive skin, buy the regular cetaphil.
