I saw a dermatologist recommended this cleanser so I wanted to try. I wear Misha BB cream and eyeshadows, mascara.. This cleanser can wash all my makeup off nicely, without drying. Afterwards, I wash my face with my other soap. I don't have particular sensitive or dry skin but I'd say this product is mild and nice. Only one thing, the fragrance is too strong for me sadly. I don't like strong scent for my face so I won't repurchase this one when I finish this bottle. I will try sensitive skin one from Cetapil which has no fragrance.

I originally bought Cetaphil daily facial cleanser because it was in a small plastic bottle and I thought it would be good to take on holiday. I was right!It has however become one of my favourite cleansers.I use it as a second cleanse after using a heavier cream/ oil to remove my make up.It represents good value.It does not irritate my sensitive skin but leaves my skin feeling soft and not tight at all. I don’t find it foaming at all but more like a gel/ cream consistency.This cleanser does what it says and gets the job done.
Gentle cleanser. It so safe for my dry and sensiti skin. I use it twice daily. Even in winter, still hydrate my skin. It affordable product and entire family can use it. It trusted brand i use for years. Highly recommended for everyone who looking for gentle cleanser. Easy to find everywhere. I use to get mine at Chemist warehouse. Sometimes i get on discount price. I just get one for everybody in my house. Safe my money also as i dont need to buy separate item for different person. I never get reaction using this product and even safe for my Tweenanger.
This is not the same product as the normal Cetaphil cleanser you can use on your body and face, without necessarily having to rinse it off. I had looked at the ingredients between the two products and thought it would be the same thing. I knew right away that I'd made a mistake. This facial cleanser has a huge amount of masking fragrance in it that smells like an aftershave. The regular Cetaphil has no scent at all. I cannot imagine why they would add so much strong smelling fragrance to a facial cleanser. My face turned red right after using it. If you have sensitive skin, buy the regular cetaphil.
