Chanel Coco Mademoiselle Eau De Parfum Intense Spray - 35ml

I've had this pursespray for over a decade, though mine is linked to my old signature fragrance Coco Mademoiselle. I used to adore that perfume, but I've outgrown it a bit now that I'm in my mid 40s. It's still a very nice and elegant edp, don't get me wrong, but my fragrance taste has developed towards heavier stuff: Unisex Gourmands, Middle Eastern Orientals, Amber Vanilla's Florals, and Dark fruity florals. Coco Mademoiselle isn't a heavy fragrance so it won't last much beyond the prescribed 3yrs). The spray atomiser is great, such a nice mist! And it has a swivel top, meaning that the atomiser is closed off whenever you don't use it. Twist the top clockwise and voila: a golden coloured atomiser with the Chanel logo op top becomes visible and now you'll only have to press it to get your wonderful Chanel fragrance out! The rest of the case is - with its white casing and small gold line - in the typical elegant, minimalistic style of Chanel. Ideal to put into a handbag with you for work or going out, take it on board a plane in a carry-on or to have it on a vanity (if you have a huge perfume collection but little space, like me, this spray is also ideal! ) While mine is for CM I'm pretty sure all the travel size Chanel perfumes could be clicked into it, so if you no longer want to use this particular fragrance you could still use it for Gabrielle, Chance or Coco f.e., Unless you prefer a different pursespray for each perfume of course... to each their own. I wish more brands would come up with this. Sure, I have several travalo's and they come in handy. Just like I buy refillable bottles and Refills whenever I consider a perfume a wardrobe staple. But to have a designated, quality pursespray with quite often cheaper 3x20ml boxes (than the 50ml bottle! ) that can basically replace a regular bottle indefinitely is pretty much perfection.

I have been using this fragrance since I started working with this brand (I make zero commission and pay full price for the bottle). This is my signature fragrance. I get so many compliments on this fragrance every time I wear it ! I love the added vanilla tonka bean and amber accord that the original mademoiselle does not have. The longevity is also insane, it last all day and I can smell it a little even after I shower! Despite the longevity, it dries on the skin very soft and not obnoxious or too much. I personally prefer the intense to the original. If you like a sweeter, sexier, deeper fragrance, then this one is for you. So sexy and elegant at the same time!

What does that even mean? It smells like... perfume? Define it! Anything that doesn't smell like a cupcake? A new car? Ok yeah, Mademoiselle doesn't smell like cake or the inside of my Nissan. It has the earthy pepperiness of patchouli, but not in the kind of sweaty 60s way. It has an almost summery citrus up top, but it's got that undeniable "Chanel" quality, which is always clean, as though polished like a surface in one of their boutiques. If anything, some may find the dry down patchouli a bit more like a cologne. I personally think the sort of unisex trip of the evolution is very sophisticated. But, maybe sophistication is a euphemism for "old lady"? If so, bring it on my elders!

Oh Madamoiselle how I adore you. I always wanted it for years but couldn't justify the price as I knew once I fell for her i would always need her in my life. The packaging is so expensive looking and very elegant. The fragrance is exactly the same, stunning, elegant and impressive. It lasts throughout the day, and if it's on a scarf it holds it's scent for quite a long time. It's a woody, vanilla, Tonka scent and I can only describe it as perfection. They absolutely slayed when they made this! Its not my every day wear around the house scent as it's quite pricey but I wear it at every opportunity when I go out and I keep it in the box away from the daylight to keep it in good condition. Is worth its price point entirely.

I loveeee my Chanel’s hands down. This beautiful scent was a gift from my in laws and boy did they nail it! This one sits Right at the heart of what I love in scents. The perfume is an ambery woody fragrance with an extreme character. The fragrance is structured around an overdose of patchouli, warmed by an ambery accord of Vanilla absolute and Tonka Bean. A heart of rose and jasmine and the contrasting freshness of citrus add their notes to write this powerful score. Super sensual, deep, mischievous and long lasting. All the ingredients of the perfect scent. My husband compliments it every time I wear it and everyone else does too.

Beautiful scent

I first fell inlove with this perfume back in Spring 2020. At that time it was the peak of Covid in Paris. Sephora have a few perfumes’on sale and it was the first time i saw Chanel perfumes go on sale. I quickly grabbed 2 bottles of Coco Chanel Intense. The smell is perfect for cold weather. I spray one each at the back of my ears and the scent will linger all day. i love that i dont need to top up during the day. kids love this scent on me. very sophisticated.I finish two 100ml bottle in 4 years. so really you even its pricier than other perfumes out there but you get your moneys worth cause u dont have to spray alot. longevity is amazing. I recently bought another bottle for my birthday. so happy with my purchase..

If you are prone to migraines; AVOID!

I have been wearing the Coco Mademoiselle EDP for over 10 years, and never have had an issue. I grabbed this by mistake, and was hoping it would just be a longer lasting form of the EDP. It smells completely different to me. There is a cloyingly sweet scent note that lingers, and the handful of times I wore this, I got a migraine within 30 minutes. I can't recommend it. Thankfully, Ulta let me swap it out for the correct item. No issues with the EDP, but I can't handle one more sniff of this stuff lol. They REALLY should change the packaging to be more discernible from the original. The only reason I even noticed it was different was because after I put it on, it smelled noticeably different to what I was expecting.
