Chanel Coco Mademoiselle Eau De Parfum Spray - 35ml

I've had this pursespray for over a decade, though mine is linked to my old signature fragrance Coco Mademoiselle. I used to adore that perfume, but I've outgrown it a bit now that I'm in my mid 40s. It's still a very nice and elegant edp, don't get me wrong, but my fragrance taste has developed towards heavier stuff: Unisex Gourmands, Middle Eastern Orientals, Amber Vanilla's Florals, and Dark fruity florals. As for the purse spray itself, that will remain an eternal love. It's very pretty, super handy to use and I love the fact you have separate smaller 20ml perfumes to use for it, so if you don't use up a lot the others aren't opened yet and won't go bad as fast as a regular bottle (though I had an "old" brand new 20ml that I hadn't used due to a long bout of perfume allergy and when I could use perfume again I had to unfortunately throw both the half used one and the unopened one away because it had turned. Coco Mademoiselle isn't a heavy fragrance so it won't last much beyond the prescribed 3yrs). The spray atomiser is great, such a nice mist! And it has a swivel top, meaning that the atomiser is closed off whenever you don't use it. Twist the top clockwise and voila: a golden coloured atomiser with the Chanel logo op top becomes visible and now you'll only have to press it to get your wonderful Chanel fragrance out! The rest of the case is - with its white casing and small gold line - in the typical elegant, minimalistic style of Chanel. Ideal to put into a handbag with you for work or going out, take it on board a plane in a carry-on or to have it on a vanity (if you have a huge perfume collection but little space, like me, this spray is also ideal! ) While mine is for CM I'm pretty sure all the travel size Chanel perfumes could be clicked into it, so if you no longer want to use this particular fragrance you could still use it for Gabrielle, Chance or Coco f.e., Unless you prefer a different pursespray for each perfume of course... to each their own. I wish more brands would come up with this. Sure, I have several travalo's and they come in handy. Just like I buy refillable bottles and Refills whenever I consider a perfume a wardrobe staple. But to have a designated, quality pursespray with quite often cheaper 3x20ml boxes (than the 50ml bottle! ) that can basically replace a regular bottle indefinitely is pretty much perfection.

I received this beautiful Coco Mademoiselle gift set from my sister. Very lovely and luxury scents. It has a blending of floral, citrus, woody scents. It’s strong but not overwhelming. The scents lasts quite a few hours. The travel size perfume packaging is beautiful and looks fancy! It’s just a little bigger than a lipstick size, so it could fit nicely in a purse. I can take it anywhere and use it anytime, super convenient. To use, just need to twist open and spray, and then twist down to close. Never worry losing the cap ever. I really like it. I love the idea of refillable! To refill, just twist open to expose the atomizer. Pull up on the atomizer to remove the empty canister and replace it with a new one. Coco Mademoiselle gets a lot of flack nowadays for having an “old lady” smell. I personally think it smells elegant and sophisticated. It’s a spicy floral musk that lasts all day, mine is EDP so I’m not sure how the EDT lasts, but one spray of this is potent enough. It has great projection, you really wouldn’t wanna do maybe more than 2 sprays the most. I also have Coco Chanel but Coco Mademoiselle is a little sweeter and less spicy. The notes are orange, jasmine and rose, closed by patchouli and vetiver. I think the last notes is what gives this the “old lady” smell because it’s powdery and musky but after that settles it’s sweet and sexy. I think it’s perfect for the evening and definitely gives you a luxurious feel and confidence boost. This parfume has really nice package. I got it as a gift from my boyfriend and have been using it sincr then. I think this parfume is a little pricey due to it brand as comparing to other brands. This parfume give a nice, elegant, and luxurious scent. It stays all day on my body. I can still smell the lingering scent after the entire day without reapplying it. I think this chanel mademoiselle parfume is really living up to the name. The manufacturer did a nice job in creating this product. I actually saw an add on a magazine and open the folded page where you can sniff the paper with the perfume on the folded area. I wasn't sure about purchasing this online so I decided to purchase the travelers tinny bottle, I fell inlove with it and decided to get the 1.7 ounces for 85.00. I received the perfume today just on time since my tinny spray is finish, as soon as I open the package and spray a small amount and compare it to my traveling size....it was the same exact, it wasn't an imposter or fake....I now have a perfume that I can take with me anywhere I go and I LOVE IT. If anything, some may find the dry down patchouli a bit more like a cologne. I personally think the sort of unisex trip of the evolution is very sophisticated. But, maybe sophistication is a euphemism for "old lady"? If so, bring it on my elders!

Nothing short of what one expects from Chanel

My absolute signature scent! Ever since my first spray I've been in love! Every person's skin type, pH levels, and body temperature can affect how a perfume is absorbed, which can make the same fragrance smell different on different people. Some people may never find the scent for them. I'm very fortunate!I'm partial to strong scents bit not overwhelming, a lover of vanilla, orange tonka bean,💜 musk...prettymuch 98% of the scents that make Mademoiselle.I'm a self proclaimed purfum connisuer! I've tried so many of the top & high end brands but one thing is for sure Chanel either eau de parfum's & even many of the toilettes.

Paris in a Bottle

Every grown woman needs this one in her collection. It opens up with a bright orange note and an earthy patchouli, then settles into a soft vetiver with a hint of rose & citrus in the background. This is in the middle of a fresh chypre and a warm floral, and it’s blended perfectly. Sophisticated, timeless, feminine and sexy. It’s noticeable if you spray your skin, but it’s not offensive or headache inducing. It’s literally Paris in a bottle, minus the cigarette & sewage stench. As much as I love her, I don’t reach for her often due to the fact that she’s every upper class woman’s signature, she’s that good. I’ll always have a bottle in my collection.
