Great quality and price
After using this pan many times and according to the box instructions it has been awful.Impossible to clean and maintain and does not cook well or evenly at all.
Was an excellent buy just wish they have it in non stick and it come with a lid and you did not have to buy separately
The heaviness of the pan insures quality , I’m just cautious of the copper exterior coating it looks like fake copper ?
Very even heating through out the base. Its more weighty than an ordinary fry pan, but has excellent thermal inertia to stay hot when adding in food to cook.. The stainless steel surface stays relatively non-stick as a result. I think the layer of copper contributes to its excellent heat distribution. The copper will patina with use but can be easily restored with a copper cleaner…. a small effort for the great looks.
It’s lovely. Easy to clean, great nonstick properties and good heat distribution throughout.
