This is so beautiful and such high quality. I am in love. Wonderful to use for a multitude of dishes, stove to oven. Baked risotto, pasta bakes and also just on the stove top for stews, ratatouille, pasta meals etc. I have it on display when not in use as it is so beautiful.

It is everything I thought it would be. Absolutely beautiful piece of cookware that I know will last forever. I simply love it.
I love cooking with my chasseur! The duck egg blue colour makes me happy every time I use it, and it's wonderful to cook with. The 30cm pan is perfect for many of the pasta dishes I make - I cook up the sauce or dressing in the pan, and then just tip the pasta in at the last minute - and it keeps the heat beautifully. It's easy to clean, too. Usually just takes warm, soapy water and a dishcloth to get it clean.
Love the new pan. It really improves on my slow cooker casseroles in terms of flavour and texture. But wow, it's heavy. It's actually a bit of a killer on the wrists if you are not careful. The lid is particularly heavy - which is a feature, as it keeps your dish from drying out. So now lift and move the lid first, then the base when shifting it from cooktop to sink to draining-board to cupboard for storage.
