Okay, so my baby girl loves, loves, LOVES playing fetch. I get two of these babies out because she chases them for hours. But they only last minutes. She is not aggressively chomping on them, maybe to adjust the ball in her mouth or when catching them, but with in two throws they split in half. I get why they do that but once they do, they are worthless, hard to throw and completely ruined. We still play with them till the felt gives way. I have gone through about 10 of these sets per week. So expensive for what you get. Still I have to buy them because they are dog friendly.

My dog was so excited to see that he got 4 new balls to play with. I purchase Chuckit because I've always had great experiences in the past. Unfortunately, within 15 minutes playing with this particular Chuckit (like a large tennis ball), it was split in the middle. In the past we have purchased the rubber ones ,however, our dog trainer informed us that they were too small for him and could pose a choking risk. So needless to say these 4 balls won't last over a week.

Opened up a new pack of these orange balls tonight and within the hour the two halves of the ball have already separated under the fabric cover. This had happened to our previous 2 balls too, but I didn't link the close timetable of falling apart until this evening. Those were thrown out. Our 10# pup has not been chewing on it. The only action is that the ball has been thrown about 8-10' within our house and our pup has been retrieving it. The slightly larger rubber Chuck-it balls have stayed intact, but not these. I suggest you stay away from making a disappointing purchase here.

Our GSD, Sara, is absolutely crazy over any kind of ball. She begs to play ball every time we go outdoors. With a dog like Sara you can't have just one or two or ten balls. You must have a dozen or more! I keep the chuckit thrower on the deck where it is handy to throw every time we go outdoors. The only problem is sometimes we lose the ball in the bushes. Chewy to the rescue with a whole pack of spare tennis balls in the perfect size for Chuckit. No more missing chuckit balls.
We love these balls, but I never realized that I was ordering what is considered regular, so I ordered large not thinking they were bigger than a normal tennis ball. I was wrong. These are huge. So if you’ve got a big dog, like 60+lbs, would highly recommend. For my 35lb border collie, they work, but are large. We’ll use them until they get lost. We love this brand, they hold up well and my dog can’t pull the fuzz off of them like some of the cheap small ones we got when she was a puppy. I’ll order again, but next time I’ll check the size.

It took my dogs about 10 minutes to destroy these balls. I bought the to go with the Chuckit ball thrower. This was also in the order. I knew the ball included would be to small. That is why I got the xlarge balls as well. It said that they would fit in the Chuckit. It does not.The Chuckit thrower I purchased in the same order is now useless as well.
ChuckIt tennis balls, not the rubber ChuckIt balls. I received our Chewy order took the balls out of their packaging and my 9 month puppy collapsed a ball in multiple places not just the seam within 5 minutes. I do not think the poor quality of a product received by Chewy is Chewys responsibility so I reported it to the manufacturer who did make good & replaced the item. But in my opinion these tennis balls are a choking hazard and will not buy again.
I super excited to see these at such a good price on sale. I ordered 4 packages. The quality is horrible the balls don't even last for 10 minutes. Sky is a 7 year old lab that like to play chuck-it in the morning. She is not hard on her tennis balls. She does like to mouth them a bit but these are crazy cheap. After 10 throws the balls break in half. I will never buy them again.
Throwing the ball is a daily game for my dog. We have purchased other items from this brand and were happy with them. But these balls did not last. Just getting wet from the grass or my dogs mouth and the outside cover started pulling away. After just a couple of days the balls fell apart. They were put away after each play and not left outside but once the outside of the balls started to pull away, the balls just disintegrated. Cheap tennis balls have lasted way longer. I would not buy these again.
