I purchased this item on 30th of August 2023, and less than 3 months I have issues with the Soundbar. Its either the unit or buggy new firmware update but unfortunately no one helps, nor Richers Sounds or Sennheiser directly. Got this to replace a full 5.1 speaker /amp set up as the other half was getting annoyed with the number speakers and the space they took up. Sound quality and power is excellent when it works. More than enough to fill our 5m x 5m lounge at only half power. My criticism of this product is the reliability. When I first got it, it took a few days for the subwoofers to decide to work. Then I had repeated problems turning it on and then problems turning the unit off. There were lots of episodes of the app freezing which were only solved by turning the unit off at the wall and closing the app. Powering off is the only thing that seems to solve many of these issues. Bought 2 weeks ago. Researched the best single soundbar as a subwoofer was not practical for us. Went to Richer Sounds to lister to three on the short list Sonos Arc, Sony at Ht 5000 and the Sennheiser. All three gave a great performance but the Sennheiser edged it for us with a superior voice enhancement and the depth given using the Ambeo feature.It is an expensive piece of kit but the sound produced is phenomenal. Solid and well built and looks good. We have it under a wall mounted LG OLED tv.It is expandable- you can add up to four speakers all with Bluetooth if you want a deeper base. After trying a couple of other sound bars, this matched what I was looking for (was though tempted by the the Ambeo Max). Wanted a sound bar, not a surround system (space reasons); needed transparency + clarity of dialogue (always forced to use subtitles); for use in a smaller room (4mx5m) supporting a projected 3.5m image; to be used at reasonable volume levels (was not looking to add subwoofer (although these can be added, and wanted to keep on good terms with the neighbours); + options to fine tune frequencies (via app). Well built piece of kit + good fit for what was needed. (Louder volume, more bass, larger rooms - would look at Ambeo Max or something else). [And of course, for hassle free delivery - go with Richer Sounds - truly a pleasure]

I am very pleased with this soundbar.I bought it to replace my old Denon hifi and was able to connect my turntable to it with a preamp and my sub woofer. All work brilliantly.As I have to have hearing aids the sound quality from TV and records is greatly improved..Many thanks.
I have had this Soundbars a couple of weeks now.It was let down by a cheap and nasty power cable which would not stay in the back of the unit, so would not power up. I had to replace the power cable.Come on Senheisser, Supply a decent lead!For the price of this unit I could buy a very good AVR unit which I previously owned before buying the Soundbar.I have downloaded the app to set the unit up.It sounds ok but doesn’t have the volume of a dedicated AVR.I suppose I’ve been spoilt by having a 7.1 set up before this unit but I wanted less cables and speakers in my room.

Voices are clear and that’s without using ‘voice enhancement’ - a major plus for me now that I am ‘of a certain age’!Very easy to set up and enough customisable settings in the App to give you your own version of perfect sound.The final clincher for me was the wired sub out port. It seems like a small thing but it has always niggled me that most other manufacturers tie you in to buying their own, wireless subwoofers, at additional cost. As I say, a minor issue, particularly now that the soundbar is set up to my liking as I don’t need the app as much.Still early days to comment on reliability but the Richer Sounds 6 year warranty (refundable if not used) means I am not overly concerned.Fantastic service from Richer Sounds Telesales.I am really happy with my purchase and can highly recommend both this soundbar and Richer Sounds.
