This was my first time using the product and it covered the grey which is exactly what I wanted it to do. The ease of use was good and the after care conditioner was a nice touch and kept the new colour from fading after the first few washes. The produce smells lovely and my hair felt soft. I found the instructions very easy to follow and had no difficulty when applying the colour. A good product that I would use again.

Brightened up my hair a treat and lightened the roots! Great option during lockdown when you can't visit hairdressers and so much cheaper too! My friends commented during a zoom chat that they really liked it. I was so pleased. It isn't too harsh smelling as some can be and it left my hair feeling in good condition.

This product has easy to follow instructions with pictures to explain the process,The product is applied using gloves and a bottle. The texture of the liquid is a little runny. It is not a foam. There is no spray on the bottle . There is also no brush to brush on the liquid. Due to this I found it a little messy to apply to the hair. I think there is room for improvement here.There is no harsh chemical smell , and the results are quickly achieved,The shade is not as bright as it appears on the box.In conclusion I would purchase if there was no other product available, However most people preferred the colour of my usual product. So this plus the mess of the application means I will not be swapping from my normal brand,.

I have been very pleasantly surprised with this home hair dye. It was the first time I had tried this make and it was really so easy to use. The instructions were really simple to follow with the product mixing thoroughly and easily and one box covered my shoulder length hair easily and it felt like there was enough product to do it's job.The conditioner left my hair lovely and soft, and once dry it has a really lovely shine and looked really healthy with an even colour throughout. I'll definitely buy this again.
I had been bleaching my hair for 10 years and want to go back to my natural colour (dark blonde) so I bought clairol 9b blonde. This gave lovely tone over the bleached hair and blended with my routes well. I would say it's darker than the blonde on the box however. Maybe because my hair was previously bleached. But it's gone a lovely ash blonde colour with different tones. Had quite a few compliments and I really like the colour. Very natural looking. The dye smelt nice and the smell was subtle, not overpowering or chemically like others can be. Also loved the conditioner ss you get a decent sized tube with it instead of a tiddly sachet. And I felt there was a lot of dye included in the bottle. I used 2 boxes and had about half a bottle left. The product was easy to use, not messy. The colour result was very nice, but a little too dark. Not the same as the image on the side of the box. But, I like it.I feel the gloves supplied could be a little bigger as they were too tight.My hair was left soft with a nice shine, the conditioner Is lovely and smells Devine.

I have used this product for more than 15 years now quite happy with it. The latest changes are a ‘pleasant floral fragrance’ and the cream consistency in a tube rather than liquid in a bottle. Unneccessary changes in my view, why tart up a perfectly good product? That said it coloured my hair as well as the last time I used it.
I have used this for years, over which time it has improved greatly. Gives a natural look without being a flat colour and the light beige is what I call a discreet blonde.. not too blonde, not brassy, not ashy! Easy to apply on dry hair, less than 30 mins development and no drips. I took advantage of the offer for two...I'm stuck at home and can't get to the high street cause of this horrible virus, so these will keep me going!
I received this as a free sample. I really needed my hair doing (roots were awful, lot of grey/white) and due to social distancing, I couldn't go to the hairdressers. I asked hubby to help me put it on etc. He had no issues (apart from small size gloves) and it didn't stink or run down my face (bonus). I used the conditioner at the end (as directed) but it came out a bit brassy. A further wash settled the colour down and I'm pleased with it. Fingers crossed it tides me over til we can go out again
