I'm not sure if I have a faulty dispenser but I only seem to have the liquid serum coming out and non of the creamy product so there is nothing to mix. I've been using the product for about a month and haven't noticed any difference to the area around my my eyes. I am a great fan of Clarins products and have been using them for many years but I'm not sure about this eye serum. Previous eye products that I have bought seem better.
The eye serum really works for me, maybe it can't make me look again but it certainly helps with the bags under my eyes.

Made a visible improvement to my eye area even after first use other products included were a bonus. One pump does both eyes.
