I bought this 2 months ago after using the discontinued under-eye serum for many years.It definitely energizes, but is not as effective as the serum wrt tightening puffiness.I am a Clarins advocate since using it for more than 10 years. I'm 51 yrs old and with the serum, people say I look 10 years younger.Also, the triple roller ball is not an advantage - often I over apply and leaves my eyes wet, so I prefer touching up with my fingertips.My choice would be to go back to the serum which in my opinion, was an amazing product.

I use this product twice daily - in the morning and before bed at night. I've used other eye products from other brands as i suffer from dark bags under my eyes, and this has been the easiest to use, and felt like it was making a difference where others didn't. In the morning it helped to get me ready for the day, making my eyes feel brighter and more awake! In the evening, it helped me to feel clean and fresh before bed, but without the waking feeling when I least needed it. I'd certainly recommend for the morning.

The tip has three metal balls in the top and it pleasantly massages your lower eyelid as you apply it. The cool gel is very refreshing in the morning and evening. It leaves a little shine for a while but it dries after about 10 to 15 minutes. This can bring attention to your bags! Hi, Having used the ClainsMen Enerizing Eye Gel for year I purchased it recently. It comes in a newly designed tube. The new tube has three ball-bearings in 3 holes. When you squeeze the tube the gel covers the ball bearings so you can apply it to under the eyes. The trouble is the ball bearing stretches the very thin skin under the eye and does more harm than good. I have decided to squeeze it onto my finger and dab it under my eye to prevent further stretching the skin. The gel itself is great but the new ball-bearing design should be removed.
Firstly I love Clarins - I use a variety of staple products religiously. I was informed by a polite Clarins sales clerk, much to my dissatisfaction, that the line control eye balm was to be discontinued - hence my purchase of this product. A, I’m now informed my preferred product is not being discontinued (sales technique perhaps), and B, I find the applicator and product to be far inferior. Sits in the draw as a last resort given how much I spent on it - can’t bring myself to throw it in the bin!
I struggle with eye care so was looking forward to trying this out. Unfortunately, I noticed little difference after using this product. What's worse is that it seemed to somewhat aggravate the skin around my eyes (but to be fair I do struggle with other products from time to time too)The applicator itself has 3 roller balls which makes putting the gel on cooling, and somewhat refreshing but I'd question whether this is worth the cost compared to less expensive alternatives
I love the Clarins Men range and was excited to see this new range launched. It hasn't disappointed!The Energizing Eye Gel is really very satisfying to apply. The 3 balls rolling across the contour of the skin under your eyes is so soothing.I found the best way to apply this is to allow the balls to roll it over the skin gently and it will naturally glide. There is no need to push this hard into the skin.This really has helped reduce the puffiness and darkness under my eyes after just a couple of weeks of use and is really quite addictive to use due to the pleasant sensation of applying it.
If like me, you’re looking for a replacement for the amazing ClarinsMENS Anti-Fatigue Eye, this is not it.Not even close.I’ve used the ClarinsMENS Anti-Fatigue Eye for years and this new formula/replacement is shockingly bad. If you know just how good that product was, this one will greatly disappoint.Really bad move Clarins. You had a great product, excellent reviews, tried, tested and loved… Marketing and product development/quality need to reevaluate this decision. Cost cuts shouldn't be made on the products that your customers love and that he ones we recommend.
My Wife recently managed to convince me to invest in Branded products for skincare and ditch my Ayurvedic product. Reluctantly I agreed. I managed to purchase the trial pack of those teeeny tiny miniatures which one could of received for free as samples from the local retailers and in all honestly was really impressed with the product feel. I find that the eye gel is really quite sticky and in the current dispenser you cannot warm it up in your hands. i would expected it to last at least 6 weeks like the rest of the full solutions but this came in 3 weeks shy even with minimal usage. quite difficult to apply and smear. Dabbing doesn't help either and once completed there is a noticeable shine around the eye area.
It's disappointing that Clarins discontinued their anti-fatigue serum and went with this. The applicator is a pain. In addition, it's not as good of a product and does not work as well. There are poor reviews for this everywhere. Hopefully, Clarin learns from their mistake and brings back the old version that actually worked.
