Amazing skin cream. It looks beautiful, has a light beautiful scent and leaves skin beautiful. I am fortunate enough not to have any wrinkles or age spots (I’m 42) and went through a skin consultation with Imogen regarding what was best for my skin as although I am in my forties- most products aimed at my age group mention lines, pigmentation, slackening etc which I thankfully do not suffer from (good skincare since teen and spf - clarins rose 50spf brilliant) so I didn’t know whether the precious range would be suitable. Imogen also have a great tip for left over pots - put earrings or rings inside etc and have a little gold pebble garden! What a fantastic idea! I highly recommend this product- it’s obviously not the cheapest clarins sell but the ingredients and results are worth it. Think about how much money you have wasted on products that don’t work or fritter money away - if you think on it that way - it’s very reasonable to similar products in the same league ingredients wise.

I used this during the dry, cold Midwest winter. So thick it made my makeup pill so I only could use it at night. I think I will stick with extra firming rather than this.What bothers me most is the gigantic package, the jar is so large and heavy, seems wasteful. Clarins customers want a great product inside and we don't need expensive heavy packaging and lots of paper. Luxury means the inside should count way more than the outside. If Clarence does not want to reduce the packaging costs, then they should offer refills so that we aren't wasting these giant gold containers.

I've been using this cream for over 2 weeks with no skin improvement. If you used quality key ingredients before, don't expect miracles from Precious cream.Also it leaves my skin shine and not absorbs very well.Skin feels smooth, but no other benefits seen yet.I get that it is expensive due to the key ingredient, but is this ingredient actually effective? I have doubts.In short, I've tried, but it's not for me, will not buy again.

What a mixed bag of reviews and here am I adding to this! It is a face cream that has certainly improved the brightness of my 60 year old skin since day one of using. Whether if defy’s aging, well that’s yet to be discovered! The smell, texture and ‘pot’ are all inoffensive to me and I would consider buying again, as my only moisturiser, the one point is the price. Is my skin worth the price? I think it is, but there is no denying it is in balance as to whether it’s good value for money. I like it. It makes a visible difference to my face and therefore how I feel, so don’t regret the purchase.
I have used Clarins for many years now. This year my Clarins salesperson, Haba, invited me to a Clarins event at Bloomingdales where they introduced this new cream, Precious. While I love all my Clarins creams, this one is even better because one can use it as both a day cream and a night cream. I used to buy 2 different creams - one for day, and one for night. It makes it so much easier, especially during travel, you just take one with you. Also, it is infused with a rare Moonlight flower anti-aging cryoextract, which makes it a better product.
A beautifully packaged delightfully light scented cream!!! Great for my senditive skin, plumping, brightening, fine lines diminished!! Feels very luxe in the hand , the spatula feels cold when applied with the cream, a nice feeling! I have noticed beautiful changes after just a few days!! The essence is lovely also very hydrating and comfortable , not at all tingly or drying , gentle on sensitive skin!! The eye cream is amazing , my fine lines in this area look smoother plumper !!! It is a great treat for sure , I look forward to using the line!
I was already a clarins customer for many years . I swear by their products but omg . I recently purchased the precious La Creme I don't have words after just using it for a few days it has totally transformed my skin, my wrinkles fine lines disappearing and the texture of my skin, soo plump and nice. I usually don't even do reviews but I had to this time.
I received a sample of this cream. Used it straight away. Visible difference within one week. I then ordered a large pot of it. I still think it is very good, but I cannot afford to spend that huge amount on a face cream, so I won’t be buying it again. I need to enjoy my wrinkles more as they are!
I use a vast amount of Clarins products and received a free sample of this. It really feels luxurious and my skin was brighter and lines a lot smoother. I would love to use this everyday but I simply can’t afford it. For anyone with better means I would recommend this 100%.
A definite new addition to my skincare regime. But as with all the Precious range the containers are cumbersome, unnecessary and certainly not environmentally friendly. a huge re-think is needed by Clarins on packaging for this range.
