I am a first time Wallabee wearer, and I have to say that for the first three weeks I was loving them. I received compliments and they were extremely comfortable, as advertised. However, after those three weeks, the sole of the left shoe slowly started to peel up. When I wear the shoe it rolls beneath my foot and is so uncomfortable that it basically deems the shoe unwearable for me. The worst part is that every time I take the shoe off it lifts even more. For 140 dollars, there is no excuse for such a defect after such a short period of wearing these shoes. Now, after 140 dollars spent and three weeks of wear, I cringe to even put these on my feet due to how uncomfortable it feels to have rolled up leather beneath my foot at every step. I love Clark’s Wallabees. I’ve always had to get the mens version because I’m a woman that wears a size 11 and Clark’s doesn’t make Womens Wallabees larger than 10.5. Oddly, there is a shoe sold at Rack Room Shoes and Journeys, the Padmora, which is identical to a Wallabees and goes up to Womens 11. I’m hopeful Clark’s will eventually make Wallabees in Womens 11 but won’t hold my breath. This shoe is great. I got the mens 9.5 and it fits perfectly. Not too wide. I’ll continue to buy Wallabees. They are comfortable, stylish shoes. Hopefully my prayers for Womens 11 will one day be answered.

I bought these for Valentine’s Day for my boyfriend. He absolutely love wallabees. He said they are comfortable and stylish. His only dislike and it wasn’t a bad dislike was the color was lighter then the photo. 4 stars because he left me for shoes
Unbelievably comfortable shoes. I think they are a lovely shade of green, may not be to everybodys taste, but...Was going to buy another pair ( pink), but way too pink unfortunately. Even for me.Would definitely buy another pair in s different colour should they become available.
Recently ordered this shoe from a Clarks local retailer (Amazon also carries these).Brought me back to the old days of Wallabees of which all my teachers use to wear. I guess this version is kind of the knock-off as the price point is about half that of the original Wallabee. Nevertheless, they are a very comfortable shoe and fit true to size. Dark sand color is well represented in the pictures (I'd say it's really more of a camel but a tinge darker than the Maple Suede color description with the original Wallabee). The only negative is that these shoes SQUEAK!! Maybe it's because they're new or the sole material used (it's not the crepe sole used on the original Wallabee). I've walked on hardwood floors, ashphalt roads, my interlocking stone driveway (and even some low pile carpets) and you can hear me coming from a mile away! It's not a quiet squeak, rather a chirp. If I was more self-conscious, I'd probably give them away to charity but I prefer to keep because they are so comfortable and I like the look.To Clarks' Engineering team: You've got to address this in your prototypes prior to production: Did anyone actually try walking in these?
This is my first pair of Clarks shoes. Up until this point, I had never considered wearing them. However, my wife purchased two pairs and not only did she tell me about how comfortable they were, they also looked quite good too. I did a little investigation at a local Clarks shops and found they had very little in size 12. I tried another and still the same result. I wrote down a few styles I liked and had a look online. It appears that there is not a large range of size 12 for men at Clarks and/or they are generally sold out. I did find one of the pairs on my list which are the Wallabee. Clarks did not have them in black or dark brown leather (hint-hint Clarks) but they did have them in dark brown suede in which I immediately purchased with the added bonus of them ... MoreThis is my first pair of Clarks shoes. Clarks did not have them in black or dark brown leather (hint-hint Clarks) but they did have them in dark brown suede in which I immediately purchased with the added bonus of them being on sale at that time.I really like these shoes, it's the first pair in a very long time that I have spent an entire day in without any foot strain or discomfort. Part of this is due to tot eh style of the shoe and just enough foot arch support. My only gripe with the suede is they show dust really easily, but having said that it is the case with most suede shoes.I would love to see these in a rustic style leather and please stock u on your size 12.
I ordered a pair of these fun shoes with the expectation that I would love them. My first in dictation that something was wrong was when I had to put on heavy socks because they were too big. I wore them for one afternoon and if they hadn’t been tightly tied they would have fallen off. My 7 1/2 size pair (tag on the bottom of each shoe) were at least an 8 1/2. I gave them one star for cuteness.
I purchased these shoes for my son. He loved absolutely everything about them. The colour, the comfort of them and the style. He was so happy with the purchase. They are a great asset to any summer outfit. We highly recommend, these shoes.
Clark executives, stop! And listen. As a loyal customer of over 20 years, I am deeply saddened to see such an inferior product, especially now that other companies are making virtually the same shoe without the crepe sole. This crepe sole in the new products has been garbage from day one. I’ve had Clark’s Wallabee’s that lasted as an everyday shoe for five plus years. I’ve went through 10 pairs in that amount of time. Still comfortable, but overall quality is trash. The sole is a composite of at least two layers of the crepe sole, but there is a third, hidden, inner plastic or rubber sole core concealed by the crepe outer layer. The sole blows apart in six months. Buy a different shoe for half as much that will last twice as long. Wallabees are garbage, better off ... MoreClark executives, stop! And listen.
