Works perfectly in a humid climate. Clever Curl products are Australian made, vegan friendly, cruelty free and made without sulphates, silicones or drying alcohols. The entire range of Clever Curl products are 100% Curly Girl approved. The anti-humectant properties in this product work on the theory that once you have your hair hydrated the gel will help retain the moisture within. Safe for use in coloured hair. How to use: After your leave-in routine, apply to palms and distribute evenly using your personal technique such as; raking, praying hands. For more accentuated curls gently scrunch hair to encourage stronger curls. Let gel set until cast is 100% dry. Allowing hair to dry naturally is best, however if using a blow dryer ensure it is set to low heat and a diffuser is attached. Prefer it over all the big name brands and cheap generics too.Great for Western and North Australian climate, or any hot months with low humidity.Smells good, lightly sweet fragranced. I am sensitive to smelly products and this is okay.Use over foam for strong hold. Don't use too much! It goes a long way.

I'm usually pretty lazy when it comes to my hair, but after watching all the Clever Curl videos and getting inspired, I'm happily giving this a go, and really liking the results! I like that I don't have to do anything fancy with the application (although I'm sure if I did I would get even better results), but the results are great. My tradie lady hair is now getting its pamper on every weekend 🥳
Love this gel, i can use a lot and it doesn't leave my hair looking all crusty. Also this company does refills so you can refill the bottle rather than buying another plastic bottle

I have 3a/3b High density high porosity curls. I scrunch my curls with a leave in then apply a small amount of this before diffusing. It’s a solid gel although I prefer the living proof curl gel.
2A/2B waves and curls, fine hair with limp frizzy hair after I’ve slept on it. This gel gives soft bouncy curls that last all day! Love the non crunchy texture, goes great over my leave in and under the curl foam for extra hold. Light and silky. I put about 10 pumps in a spray bottle with about 200ml of water and use as my day two refresh.
