Clinique for Men Aloe Shave Gel - 125ml

My grandmother swears by Clinique and I’ve gotta say, she’s onto something! It is expensive so it’s definitely a treat when I am able to get this rich drink of moisture for my tired eyes! It’s not rich like, a greasy layer of yuck under your eyes. It’s rich like a refreshing burst silky relief! I love this stuff SO much. It’s worth every penny as it lasts FOREVER! A little goes a very long way!

I love love LOVEEE this eye cream. I have tried MULTIPLE eye cream brands and none compare. I originally purchased 1 oz and ended up losing it when I moved. It lasted me over a year and I would still have some if I had it. I recently ended up purchasing the 0.5 oz. because you really don’t need an entire oz. A little bit goes a LONG WAY. I promise. And it’s way cheaper. I recently purchased All About Lips from Ulta and I’m waiting for it to arrive. Can’t wait to review. :) Because of I no longer have dark circles and I no longer see the beginning of aging signs around my eyes. The photo speaks for itself! Lastly, This eye cream is VERY concentrated. 😊🤩😍🤩🥰🥰

I tried this as a free gift. While I thought it was more moisturizing than the original it just doesn't work well for me. It doesn't really sink in well, leaves a residue, and my undereye still doesn't feel moistuized with this. It ends up being drier the next day and the cycle restarts. You might need to try it for yourself as everyone is different, but with me I'd rather use something else.

Not my favorite. I normally LOVE Clinique skin care, but this one just didn't do it for me. I stuck it out and used the whole jar, but I never noticed a difference. After a few uses, there was a thin, greasy layer at the top of the cream that never went away, which is a nightmare for someone with oily skin. Because of that, it also didn't absorb well into my skin. It just felt sort of slimy. I will definitely not be purchasing again. However, I did start using Clinique's Repairwear Laser Focus wrinkle correcting eye cream and am SO much happier with it. I love the texture, it absorbs quickly, and there's no greasy feel to it. A little goes a long way. Be sure to check that one out if you are still in the market!

This is another product that I was lucky enough to find at TJ Maxx for a great price and have been buying ever since. This eye cream by Clinique is amazing. It’s super rich and just melts into your skin. The best part is that it actually does what it says—it helps with puffiness, dark circles and fine lines. I love how I can use this at night but also during the day. I’ve tried using several different eye creams in the morning before applying my makeup and it would always interfere by causing splotches and such. This cream works great in combination with my makeup. Definitely recommending this one!

I really wanted to love this, especially because I like the regular All About Eyes eye cream, but this one doesn't do well under makeup. It pills really easily and because it lasts for a long time, I notice it leaves a faint residue even if I put it on at night and wash my face in the morning! If you don't wear makeup or have sensitive eyes, it's okay, but it also made my eyes water because it kind of just migrates into my eyes. Not a love. I recommend sticking to the regular All About Eyes or using GlamGlow instead.

I used to use this eye cream years ago. I bought it because I was using Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel from Clinique at the time and I loved it a lot. I thought the Clinique eye cream would be good too but it wasn’t. Or maybe it’s because I expected to much from it. It brightens around the eye barely but it does not remove the dark circles.

Good Product, But Underwhelming

I am huge fan of Clinique Men and have been routinely using a couple of their products for years. I was looking forward to trying an aloe shaving gel since I have sensitive skin and am prone to bad razor burn. While the gel is definitely soothing and easy to lather on, it felt like any other shaving cream that you can buy for a fraction of the price. Also, a little goes an extremely long way with this product, so it's frustrating how much gel the bottle dispenses from just one pump. I feel bad about wasting every time I use it.

I have always sworn by Aloe Vera as being a really good product to apply to sore and sensitive skin due to its well know anti-inflammatory, anti-itching and soothing properties. For many years I have had problems with shaving as its always caused my skin to become, dry itchy and sore and often leads to ingrown hairs. The only thing that I used to find really helped to sooth the skin was 100% natural aloe vera gel. After discovering this product in store I decided to give it a try, I was initially reluctant after trying many different shaving gels/creams and never noticing much difference I wasn't sure it would live up to its price tag. The shaving gel is thick,fragrance free, hypoallergenic, lathers up nicely and only requires a small amount as it goes along way. It definitely helps to soften the corse hairs and make shaving easier if left of for a minute or so before shaving. I find that the lather still gives you visibility of the stubble underneath which is handy for people like me who have designer stubble and don't shave the whole of the face, allowing you to achieve clean lines. I usually apply the Clinique maximum hydrator gel after shaving and find this to be really soothing as its fragrance and alcohol free, its especially beneficial if kept in the fridge and applied when cold immediately after shaving. I personally find that the product works best when used with a cut throat (old fashioned, double edged) razor as i get barely any irritation or ingrown hairs. I also usually use the Clinique for men face scrub before shaving to prepare my skin and get a closer shave. I would highly recommend this shaving gel to anyone with sensitive skin.

Smooth shave

I had tried many shaving products in the past. I have tried from shaving soaps to pharmacy gels. This is a great product! The first thing is that I was searching for a gel that is unscented. I always found that pharmacy shaving gels had this cooling effect that contradicts a shave. Actually, a cooling effect should be reserved for after shave balms. A gel should be either warm or room temperature. I have sensitive skin, so this room temperature gel works well in the shower. It is not to thick so you can still see your beard. It is not to thin that does not give your skin enough protection barrier. TL;DR: A very smooth shave for sensitive skin without the annoying cooling effect.
