Bought Cole & Mason salt & pepper precision grinders for my son’s birthday. He’s a brilliant cook and a physicist so approaches he’s cooking scientifically. He managed to break his last lifetime warranty grinder in a couple of years so now he’s not sharing with students I decided to get him the better set. Can’t wait for him to cook for me again.

Recently broke our C&M salt mill so was looking to replace it. Saw this gift set and decided to replace our pepper mill too. Beautifully presented in a gift box so would be an ideal gift, these mills are rebust (our last ones were at least 7 years old and plastic only broke as it fell on a tile floor!). Received my order really quickly. These salt and pepper grinders would make a great gift as packaged so well. They were for me having bought and binned loads of other mills, including other Cole and masons. These ones however are brilliant. You can just feel the quality of the grinder, changing grain size is so easy too. Love love love these
Received Cole and Mason salt and pepper dispensers by post in perfect condition. Besides looking a quality product I am very pleased with the fact the salt and pepper flow rate can be varied according to need. Also they can be refilled easily without spillage all over the floor!Harts have chosen to promote an excellent manufacturer and model.
We'd tried for years to find a salt mill that actually ground the crystals rather then dispensing them whole. This product appears to do that, and its different settings are a welcome idea. The set is attractive on the table too. We've only had this product a short time and hope that our first impressions are maintained.
These are lovely to look at and have top quality grinding mechanisms. Easy to use. Classy. Best was the price point at less than half another retailer. Top service from Harts as always
