Changed flavor, way less minty

This has been my favorite toothpaste my entire life, but I recently bought a 3 pack of the new recyclable tubes and the mint flavor is extremely faint. My partner is still working on his tube from the last package we bought, and the mint was much stronger before. Even from the smell, you can tell how weak the mint is in the new formulation. When I was brushing, it tasted almost flavorless! I always use mouthwash after and my mouthwash tasted normal so I know I'm not experiencing any taste loss or anything. I'm sad that they changed the taste because this was always my go to :( It will still clean the same but it does not taste good anymore.

Clean Teeth %26 Fresh Breath !

I've used Colgate toothpaste for years. However, i have recently been looking for that spearmint flavor I've liked for so long - and finally found it - its now called "Original" instead of "Spearmint"- who'da thought?? You can use it during the day and to also keep a small toothbrush in a walIet/purse with this small 2.5oz. tube - you can use it every day by keeping a small tube in case u eat garlic or onion for lunch ... (eww). Soo, i recommend this toothpaste - whatever size or flavor that suits you. Check any local store as i think most everyone carries it !

Colgate Advanced Whitening Toothpaste

Colgate Advanced Whitening Toothpaste is overall a quality product. The packaging itself was sturdy and environmentally friendly which is definitely positive. The size of the toothpaste was great, it would last a number of weeks, even months. The only negative I have about the product is the taste of the toothpaste, it doesn’t have the most appealing taste and the consistency is slightly thicker than normal, however my teeth felt very clean after use which is the important aspect of a toothpaste. My teeth felt strong after the clean and not sensitive like other toothpastes can make your teeth feel.

Overall, nothing wrong with this product. Teeth felt clean and fresh after each use. The taste was pleasant and not overbearing.Colour of the toothpaste was not what I was expecting though - white and pale. Somehow the look didn’t match what I was hoping for results wise. It looked uninviting. Also, the texture was unique to other Colgate products, when squeezed out of the tube it didn’t want to stay on the toothbrush.Thankfully, the results felt better than the appearance. I felt confident this product did a great job and would buy it in the future.

Thankyou to Home Tester Club for sending me the Colgate Maximum Cavity Protection Toothpaste to try. Colgate is such a trusted brand with trusted products. In fact, Colgate is the only toothpaste brand I buy. I usually buy the gel type toothpaste but that is personal preference. This toothpaste is great, I can feel it keeping my mouth fresh. I have been using it twice a day for seven days, there is no VISIBLE improvement but my teeth feel cleaner for longer. No fuzzy feeling when I run my tongue over my teeth. Its a thumbs up for me.

Feeling fresh and fantastic

We already love Colgate - we regularly use their products and are impressed with the consistent quality and effectiveness. This toothpaste was yet another excellent product. The package indicates that it is recyclable, and the contents vegan, gluten and sugar free - all nice to know, but the real star is the toothpaste. It's well balanced in flavour and texture. The lightly spearminted fluoride experience left me with a fresh feeling mouth and the sensation that I'd been to the dentist without any of the discomfort! Spear-Minty fresh

I used this toothpaste morning and night for full duration of the trial and will continue to use. It has a spearmint taste, though I do prefer more of a peppermint taste and it has a small powdery aftertaste. I didn't notice any specific changes to my teeth however they felt clean, even hours after brushing. I also prefer Colgate toothpaste that has the larger cap as I find this is more accessible to use for those with reduced fine motor skills and for kids - something I think all toothpaste should have. I like that it's tube is advertised as recyclable, however it's not clear how I recycle this if it's through my local council or if I send it somewhere.
