I found Colgate Total Gum Health to be a great toothpaste. It has a pleasant flavor and foams up nicely when brushing your teeth. I really like the clean, fresh feeling left in your mouth after using this toothpaste. I would definitely recommend this toothpaste and will look to purchase it in the future.

Colgate Total Gum Health toothpaste was a very good product. My teeth had that "clean" feeling all day, no matter what I ate or drank. My teeth look whiter and gums feel healthier (no tenderness). I would highly recommend this product as an "all round" toothpaste.

Colgate advance gum health is very minty and refreshing. The product will last for around 6 months. Also, it’s beautifully packed. In short , cheap and best. too

I use this Total Effects toothpaste when I experience tooth or gum sensitivity occasionally and it works well quickly. It helps reduce tooth discomfort and provides a thorough get gentle clean.
I get swollen gums every now and then and I find that this toothpaste helps with that. It also helps with keeping my teeth clean and keeping my breath fresh.
It was just like any other colgate total toothpaste. I didn't notice any difference to my gums compared to using my other toothpaste. The flavour was milder compared to other toothpastes. Overall, it didnt do anything more or less to my teeth and gums than what other toothpastes do.
Loved the packaging has a great flip top I loved, would buy the toothpaste just for this. Less mess. The toothpaste had a nice taste and did a good job cleaning. It wasn’t as strong a taste as my usual toothpaste but I found it a good toothpaste and would probably buy it again.
I have been looking forward to writing this review from the moment I first used the toothpaste. I can't vouch for the science behind it and I am a sceptic when it comes to claims made about toothpaste but the Colgate Total Gum Health really left an impression on me in a positive way. My mouth felt fresher and cleaner than it has since my last visit to the dentist to get it professionally cleaned. They will not like me saying this but you also only need a small amount of toothpaste on your brush to complete the job. Ignore the ads that cover the entire brush as that is not necessary.I would recommend this and will be looking to use this in the future until something better comes along if that is at all possible.
Colgate Total Gum Health has been amazing for my entire family. My 9 year old in particular really loved that it wasn’t “spicy” (as he calls other toothpastes), and that it helped make his teeth cleaner then our usual toothpaste. I also noticed the same thing. We are converted! I haven’t noticed any gum sensitivity either since using it which is something I normally get, so it helped to solve that problem. A great all round toothpaste
This product really helped with my gums. My gums look and feel so much healthier. It was great to use everyday knowing it is just improving its health. Great product from Colgate and would highly recommend.
