I buy this for a friend with Type 1 diabetes. He loves it. Great taste and consistency. Very high quality. Great in tea or on toast. Anything you'd use regular honey with. Seems to help with tummy trouble and inflammation. Would like a larger size. But for the price, this is an excellent value.
