The raised version is a good choice if you like the comfort and look of a higher unit. The raised seat height can also make it easier to get on and off the chair. The powerful Performance Monitor 5 (PM5), which comes standard with every RowErg, reliably provides comparable data for every workout. The PM5 offers a simple "just row" mode or allows you to set up a variety of workouts. The monitor shows you a wide range of data, including pace, watts, stroke rate and calories, and automatically stores this information either in internal memory or on a USB drive. The RowErgs use air resistance to respond to your effort level with each stroke, giving you full control over your effort and resistance at all times. The air flap adjustment allows you to easily adjust the airflow to the windmill, so you can change the feel of the stroke to your preference. The windmill design minimizes noise while creating an authentic rowing feel.
