Contigo Autoseal West Loop Vacuum-Insulated Stainless Steel Travel Mug with Easy-Clean Lid, 16 oz, 2-Pack

I am by no means a person who can wear white and end up clean. At the end of the day, I’m covered in everything I’ve been in contact with. This cup once locked and closed the full way can be turned upside down and shaken and it will not spill a drop. My issues is I thought it would sparkle a bit more but that’s not a major thing. Point is this is a great cup.

Absolutely love this tumbler. It has an industrial chic look to it and keeps my coffee warm for my morning daycare drop off. Despite this being banged around there have been no leaks no issues with this mug. If you’re a regular coffee or tea drinker this is something you definitely need to get!!

The best way I can describe the Crystal Sake design is a “crackle” patterned metallic base that is a mix of sage silver in color. Reminds me of a mermaid scale pattern. I’m personally not into glitter or sparkles, never have been, so this mug is still chic but also minimalistic - just my style. It’s 100% spill proof, leak proof, easy to clean, BPA free and holds its content’s hot or cold temperature for a LONG time. AWESOME WEST LOOP

I have purchased 3 West Loop Mugs through Amazon, and we love them all. Two of the 16oz and one of the 24oz. Of course all the West Loop lids are the same. The are very innovative, and stand head and shoulders above any other lid technology available. They are all fairly new, but I know that in time, they will fail, as they have gaskets and moving parts. It's inevitable. I wish you would sell the West Loop lids as a separate item. The stainless steel mug portion will last a lifetime (unless it got run over by a car). I will be purchasing several more West Loop's in all three sizes just to have on hand, but I hope you really consider making extra lids available for purchase. Thank you for such a good product!!!!!

Years ago my Mother and I did a "project" together.We bought one of every travel mug we could find and wrote each other notes on their benefits and their pitfalls. We had great fun doing and I'm happy to report that the CLEAR WINNER was the Contigo West Loop! It even beat out the Contigo West Loop 2.0 for it's locking switch. We probably tested a hundred bottles, and now Mom is gone, and my cupboard houses 25 West Loops!

Leakproof!!! Best travel option I have found!

This design is truly auto sealed leak proof! The paint chipped off and couldn’t use it at work until my sone removed ALL the paint and it look great as stainless steel! Make sure to buy this style - the Luxe style is horrible!

My only coffee cup.

I’ve been using this product for about 10 years now. There is no other for me It’s so convenient to drink out of I even use it for bike riding, and the one-handed operation is one of the best features. The only complaint I would have is the plastic top gets a little bit dirty, and I have to clean it out with my technique: I feel it about 2/3 of the way with boiling water and then I shake it. I turn it upside down and the water comes out of the air passages and often times it pushes out some black gunk. Like I said, that’s the only complaint. I wish they would make a little easier way to open the thing up and clean it.

New ain’t always better!!

I’ve been using Contigo spill proof coffee cups for a long time! The new design doesn’t keep hot coffee as long as the original design. The button on the new lid is recessed and harder to push. WHY CHANGE A GOOD DESIGN????The original design was much much much much BETTER!!!! I’ve posted a picture of an older design that you need to go back to!!IF IT AIN’T BROKE, DON’T TRY TO FIX IT!!!Went from a product I rated 5 stars to a product I’ll throw in the trash!!The original design with the round hole in the lid for drinking was the best model!!

Replacement Lids

Product is five stars. Product support is 0 stars. I need two replacement lids, please. My original lid broke. Dropped too many times. I couldn't find a replacement lid so purchased an entirely new mug (same make and model), but the autoseal never worked as well the original one. I'm finally tired of the second mug leaking so I would like two replacement lids. If I can't find lids, I'm going to throw the mugs away and purchase a different brand that will support their products.

Union Construction Truck Driver STRONG......!!!!!!

I'm a Union Construction Truck Driver. This is my third Contigo west loop. The first two are 16oz. in size, and still work great after 7 years. My new West Loop is a 20oz. This product is strong and takes the construction live very well. Thanks for making a product worth the money.
