Multi-ply construction has 2 layers of stainless steel between an aluminum core along base and walls. Cooking surfaces and lids are made of polished 18/10 stainless steel that is durable, looks great, and cleans easily. Aluminum core for even/quick heat distribution and prevents hot spots. Solid stainless steel lids creates a seal to keep in temperature and moisture for flavour. Riveted handles with a V-shaped design stay cool and are comfortable to hold.
