This is the second order in a row I ordered this product and had to return it. The first time it came with a used wheel that was scratched up and bent and did not spin. I had to return it to the store and order another one. This time, the product was missing both back wheels that you need to install. The way it was packaged, the item was obviously a return and just thrown in the box. My kids were super disappointed. This product is not in any of the stores locally, so I have to order online.

As such, it's safe, realistic range is limited.
