First time trying this item, liked the idea that it was low in sugar but sadly I have to say I am not a fan of this, it did mix well, I used 100mls hot water from the kettle and mixed it in, left it for a minute or so, I thought it has a weird smell, not use to the product so put it down to the flavouring, went in for the taste test, did not like the taste due to the grainy texture and overall flavour. Sadly I have to decide if I will bin it or struggle through and see if I can find something to pair it with, oh btw it looks like baby food on its own. Updated - 21.05.23, I have decided to post an update on this product, I decided to keep the product and thought I would try it again, this time I made it with 60g and around 350mls cold water, I placed this in the microwave for 2 minutes, I came out all thick at the bottom of the bowl and the water was on top, I thought here we go again, I decided I would just persevere so I started to stir it and mix the water in, after a minute or so it mixed a bit better and looked a bit more like semolina, I was still unsure about the taste (toffee biscuit) so I added in some pitted prunes with a bit of the juice, this made it taste better. I am going to play around with the mixing and water levels to find the consistency that I would like and I will add some fillings to help me get use to the taste, it's still a bit grainy though but at least the second time was better. I have changed my star rating from 2 to 3 now.

If you only have one scoop/serving the product is smooth creamy and not powdery if you mix it correctly with only one serving of powder. If you use any more than one scoop at a time, expect lumps. (But it's still edible) Overall it's a great convenient meal replacement accompanied with a protein shake of your choice.

Firstly, this is not a shake. A couple of reviews mention drinking this, which is not what you do! (Think more like porridge) Its extremely easy to make, just chuck a scoop in a bowl with some boiling water and mix. It will be smooth in no time! It's not the tastiest thing ever, but it's not bad at all and goes down a treat. I've tried Golden Syrup and Toffee Biscuit and I'd prefer Toffee Biscuit but either are good if you need to pack on some calories, the flavouring is very subtle!

Horrendous quality. Throw your money in the toilet and flush it rather than buy this. Tried this as a new cor product but will be switching back to my old one. Lumpy and grainy never mixes properly tastes absolutely awful.
I don't recommend at all! The taste is just horrible and it feel like eating sand. It's not the usual rice cream that cooks well with warm water it feel like the rice was just blended. It's Grainy you can eat it.

I normally eat golden syrup flavour porridge but wanted to try cream of rice as it has good macros and digestion, but this as a first experience was not good. It has this artificial flavour and bad after taste, not creamy at all compared to porridge. Lumpy and very thick consistency, stirred before middle and at end of microwaving. Second time I tried it added 200ml of milk instead the recommended 150ml but still came out thick, like mashed potato from a packet. I've plenty of Applied Nutrition pre-workout and creatine, but would not recommend this at all.
Raspberry tastes great . Add some fruit and honey for an even better quick hit after training or breakfast . I find nothing wrong with it atall . Good price and superb product .
Replaced cream of rice for oats!! Best thing I've done. Raspberry ripple is a great flavour!! Mixed well with hot water to get a nice pasty complex, it goes down quick and easy. Dosent leave me bloated and running to the toilet like oats, but feeling full and ready to go!!
big tub, 2kg =67 portions. I got the flavourless and tbh it's not for me. think I'll just stick with rice. good product, as it's says on MYSUPPLEMENTSHOP... remember it is a big tub...bigger than a kettle.
