Creed Aventus For Her EDP Spray 75ml

I received this perfume sample from SoPost and The House of Creed. My first thoughts on this perfume is that its very strong. Just one spray is needed with this perfume because it is that intense. Theres some sweetness hinted in this aroma but quickly masked by the musk. I can see this being a unisex fragrance. The fragrance is also very long lasting. I was able to detect the scent all day and could still smell it on my coat the next day. If you're into muskier scents this is a perfect scent. I on the otherhand prefer sweeter and floral fragrances.

I received this scent for review from SoPost/PopSugar Dabble/House of Creed. I think the scent is really soft and inviting. Below I have listed their scent notes. I can smell the roses, amber, and a hint of patchouli. It’s not super strong so you need to be close to smell it but it feels really subtle which I like. Overall I like this scent and would consider buying it for myself. Today I am reviewing a new fragrance, “Aventus for Her” compliments of POPSUGAR Dabble and CREED. The presentation of this sample is quite magnificent. It comes in a beautifully textured white folded fragrance card with metallic gold embossments and a brief introduction to the House of Creed. Within my glass sample vial is a pale yellow liquid holding this gorgeous eau de parfum scent. I truly had no idea what to expect before spritzing this along my inner forearm and wrist. This is my first experience with the world of Creed perfumes, and I am quite impressed the more I learn about this company. Touting patronage from the likes of Royals and powerful historical figures, I can’t help but wonder who has worn a Creed fragrance. “Aventus for Her” is the female interpretation of “Aventus,” and is filled with distinctly feminine and empowering olfactory notes. The crisp nature of the top notes comes form the Egyptian Green Apple and Italian Bergamot, mixed with Pink Berries and Indonesian Patchouli. From there, the heart of Bulgarian and Turkish Roses elevates the fragrance to new heights, and is softened by Indian Sandalwood and Musk. The base notes are a concoction of all that is floral, fertile, and alluring - from the beauty of the Lilac to the ripeness of a Sweet Peach and feminine glory of Ylang Ylang. This really is a fragrance fit for a princess. There are other notes that I don’t have room to name here - the fragrance is so multifaceted and intrinsically dynamic. Seeing all of the botanical components laid out on display as I browse the website makes you realize the true beauty of this olfactory bouquet. I can dream of becoming a Creed patron one day (the fragrance currently sells for $300 an ounce), but until then, this is a wonderful fantasy!

I got this sample in the mail from the House of Creed. First spray- A burst of Green Apple, Lemon, Pink Pepper and Patchouli. Middle notes are Musk and Rose, Base notes are Peach, Amber and Ylang-Ylang. More than floral, I think it smells fruity fresh on my skin. It’s clean, crisp and sweet but not very feminine. This is a classy and beautiful fragrance, a head turner. One of the best smelling perfumes in my opinion. I love it. The opening/top notes are my favorite, I wish they last longer. Sillage is great. I have only tester of this Creed aventus perfume BUT omg this perfume will last on you literally all day long! My husband and I went to shopping, I sprayed few times on my body and shirt and I smelled myself whole day. To be honest end of the day I was literally overwhelmed with the scent but I really like it. It’s very fresh perfume. Top Notes are Green Apple, Bergamot, Pink Pepper and Lemon, Heart Notes are Rose, Lilac, Ylang-Ylang, Blackcurrant, Pineapple and Peach. Lastly Base Notes are Sandalwood, Cedarwood, Patchouli, Musk Ambergris. I think the musk in this perfume works amazing with my body chemistry. Just the price for full bottle is very expensive :(

Thought this was interesting as I first notice the bottle. It’s what intrigues me into. Wow. I wonder how this smells. I’m writing this so companies that have faith in their products and want to sell said product will give samples and prefer bottles for us consumers to try. A small sample Doesn’t let us see and like the bottle. Hold it experience how it feels in our hand and also the sprayer matters. Pictures are different than the real thing. Pics can be altered but holding the real thing helps make that decision. Can’t use once or twice. That doesn’t tell us much. Maybe that we may like it on first spray but what about dry down not mentioning middle notes. So giving out during the right season matters and enough of it where we can spray a few times and experience the smell as others also so we may get compliments or opinions from another. Also may be allergic to a chemical sometimes takes day or two to notice. If your product is good and it’s an expensive product. Then giving the samples should be a great investment just make sure it’s not the small sizes give us something to admire and to keep wanting. I appreciate the small samples any sample is a good sample but nothing compares to the actual bottle even if only 5 to 10ml. I collect small bottles also so I can see details of the bottle. That makes me want the bigger ones esp if the smell is on point. Didn’t rate this as have not tried it yet but looking at pic I do like the bottle so far but I also know there’s pic filters so may not look as good in my hand. Creed Aventus for Her - DO NOT BUY

I am an idiot. While buying a perfume for my wife, the other one I'll review, Chanel Coco, I was "baited" with marketing on this Creed scent. I have never purchased perfume this expensive, but I read the information about Creed and decided this would make a phenomenal, unique gift to my wife for Christmas. HUGE mistake. The stuff smells like chemical pollutants. I'm kicking myself for succumbing to marketing and allowing such a dumb decision. If it smelled good, or great that would pacify me, but this is a scent that will get thrown out. JUNK.

First time buy..

First off let me start by saying I never ever review anything, that being said I blind bought Aventus for Her because I went off the reviews of the people here and reviews of the actual perfume (I haven’t smelled it either) this oil perfume to me smells like vinegar mixed with green apple. Honest to god, that’s what I get and the dry down gives a green woody scent which I like. It’s only the opening notes that smell like vinegar green apple. The scent itself gets 3.5/4 stars out of 5 TO MY NOSE. The longevity gets 3/5 based on what I smell but maybe I’m nose blind to this particular batch or perfume. sillage wise this is definitely intimate more of a skin scent which makes it perfume for a woman who wants to smell good but not announce it. My 3 star rating comes from the fact that the oil itself came in and appeared to not be full. There is a moderate amount of it missing in my 10mL vial (meaning there is a larger than normal air bubble) and I compared it to the other oil I bought and it was full. Mind you I just got these today brand new so I’m wondering if it was a QC issue. My package wasn’t opened at all until I opened it. I’ll have to try more scents from here but so far with this scent I’m unimpressed. This was meant to be a gift btw.

Vicks vaporub

This smells like vicks vaporub and basic cheap men’s cologne on me.It turns very strong and masculine on my skin. I tried it a few times and had to scrub it off every time after about an hour as I could not stand it. It smells different out of the roller bottle. Once on skin it’s pungent and very strong unpleasant scent.Longevity is outstanding. Shipping was good. Don’t know how the original is suppose to smell but this dupe is going in the trash. Not sure how this has so many great reviews. I guess it’s very skin chemistry dependent.
