I’m extremely thrilled with the length of these cutting mats. I have the Cricut Maker and I can’t tell you how nice it is to be able to cut fabric for burp clothes with my machine by using these longer mats. It saves me so much time that I would otherwise have to spend on traditional hand drawn and cut templates and I can skip right to the part I enjoy most, which is the sewing. I feel that the grip on each mat is very adequate for all of my projects regardless of material and the price is very reasonable for a 3 pack of mats. Overall, I am very happy with this product and have yet to find anything negative to say about them.

It always a pleasure buying quality products from hobby craft and have in being delivered in a timely manner.I however thought the packaging was way to much this time. The box it came in was more that 3 times the size of the actual product. Not good for the environment. I would rather pick up in store than have so much to dispose of. Otherwise I really love hobbycrraft's impeccable service.

Must have on stadbuy if you have a Cricut machine, Pick up a few of these or the smaller version to have ready, because you WILL need them eventually. They are not to expensive but when you want to use them you will not want to have to order and wait to use them but to already have them on hand. ( I wish i got the smaller ones just from the desk space i have is limited. if you have more space then bigger ones are better)
I have only used one so far and I am happy with it. I really like that it is longer so I can try to cut longer saying. I was also happy to buy them at 50% off and I had some Michaels rewards I used so I could get them for a low price. Which is great as I am still new to cricut and learning.
Let me just say that I have many unopened mats that I have yet used because of the extensive wear these mats can take as long as you properly care for them .Remember this is just MY RECOMMENDATION for getting the most out of your CRICUT MAT. After each use take your scraper and remove any excess vinyl that you may have left on the mat. Next I always take either a piece of my contact paper to make sure I clean up any fuzz , pet hair or even my hair that may have found its way to my mat or you can also use the little lint rollers that has the paper tape . And lastly always place the plastic that your mat came with and ladies and gentleman I can assure you with proper care of these mats you will what a huge difference this will make . Happy crafting :)

Some materials recommended for it don’t stick well enough, even after thoroughly sticking them down. The sticky has lasted well on it so far, though. It’s great for light materials such as paper, fabric and maybe lighter weight card.The standard grip mat has not lasted at all though. After four or so used, the sticky around the edges has stopped being sticky and nothing sticks to it. I purchased these larger cricut mats after using the small ones as they are easier to get bigger pieces of work cut out. Would recommend these mats as you haven’t got to feed the mat back in twice depending on what project you are working on. This pack comes with a strong grip, a light grip and standard, so far I have used the standard which works well with vinyl.
There should be an easier way to cover these until re-use other than fighting with a statically-charged, flimsy piece of film. Every hair and loose thread finds it's way onto the mat. What we really need is a 1m mat so we could maybe cut a pant leg. Meanwhile, it works just like its square counterparts. Remember to leave additional space in the back of the machine.
