These are great for my husband and I and also my little dogs. It is good for them too - for their skin and coat and actually less cost than the canned dog food which is often full of garbage chemicals, man made vitamins and preservatives. Sardines are very beneficial for health in so many ways. They don't smell fishy at all and we enjoy them with crackers and mustard.

I like these sardines. They taste good with scrambled eggs or with some mixed veggies. Reasonably priced. Wild caught. If you like sardines I'd recommend these to others. I'll be buying them again.

This boneless skinless( in water) HEALpful food formula, is just what the Kitto biome calls for! She has a poison detector attached in the tummy, We tell ya__ THIS Crown Prince Brand is of 2 afforded brands She will eat (We have tried 5 or 6, including fillets). She sneers at fillets & trusts few fish smells in competitor brands. Sardines are 1 of few healthy omega options for Our animals. We have learned the benefits are immense when purchased of proper Sources, care caught and Our Kande Cat is happy here, Thanks Crown Prince +IHerb;)!

USES: for salads, pasta, wraps or side dish.MAIN INGREDIENTS: skinless and boneless sardines.COLOUR: light brown.SCENT: strong fishy sardine smell.TASTE: not salty.TEXTURE: whole flat sardine fillets.SIZE & PACKAGING: 125g in a can & packaged in a paper box.PRODUCT ORIGIN: Morocco.WHY GOOD: tasty sardines but would be excellent if the sardines comes with tomato paste with BPA free can, quality is as good as the more expensive brands.
Sardines with skin and bones is not an issue for me, specially as it’s from the bones you get the calcium (about 4-5 times more!). But I’ve been sampling all the sardines available on iHerb. I like that this brand has sustainably wild caught fish and these being from the Atlantic off the Moroccan coast - Morocco being the world’s largest exporter of canned sardines. These sardines are very tasty with no other ingredients added; they are firm in texture and plump. Good packaging with generous amount. Great on toast, or with pasta with chopped onions and fresh herbs, and I add virgin olive oil on all sardines packed in water. Great nutritional benefits as with all sardines, but only much less calcium. Can fully recommend this, but for me personally, I’ll stick with ... MoreSardines with skin and bones is not an issue for me, specially as it’s from the bones you get the calcium (about 4-5 times more!). I like bulk buying this, as the ingredients are of good quality, and the price is good for the size. I like that it is in just spring water, so no added flavors to the taste in its composition. The packaging is sturdy and its expiry date can last a while.
This is the best brand and type of sardines I have tried, and I have learned that not all sardines are created equal. When I purchased another brand in a store once because I was out of these, I could not believe how mealy, mushy and unappealing some sardines can be. These are firm and fresh tasting. For people who are not used to sardines in a can (my husband), the weird thing is they are VERY stinky, even stronger than tuna fish, however, they actually taste less fishy than tuna fish. I really enjoy this brand, eat them a few times a week for the omega 3's and protein.
I must admit, up to this point, I was VERY apprehensive about trying sardines. Just the thought of some stinky canned fish did not appeal to me at all. But I have heard so many good things about them as of late, that they contain many beneficial vitamins and nutrients, so I decided to give them a try. I knew the Crown Prince brand would be a good choice, because their seafood products do not contain any additives. Once again, I was not disappointed! These sardines are skinless and boneless, so you can just add them right into your favorite recipes without any prep...or just eat them as is! Plus, they're not smelly at all! I never thought I'd say this, but I'll be purchasing these sardines again.
