Rec’d this cooker on 7/30/20, so I've only had the opportunity to use it 3 times. In that 3 times, I can say it did cook my Calrose rice perfectly on the normal glutenous rice setting which took 54 min, I bought this because I have so many appliances and I was hoping this one would replace my 3QT Instant Pot and my Zojirushi 10 cup that I've had for 15 years. I'm pleased that it accomplishes the task, it makes great rice and can do the pressure cooking (29psi). The instructions did not say that there was a fry/sear function, so to test I did set the unit on "My Cook" and was able to scramble some eggs in less than 2 min from the start button. I bought this product at beverly center macys in Los Angeles I normally cook with my old rice cooker which is non pressure cheap rice cooker but after I use this fantastic product I can feel the difference taste of rice

I had a slightly older model which last me over 12years. Loved it. Received today, cooked mixed rice for the first time. Perfect!. Same capacity, 10cups but smaller size than the previous model. Loved the color. Black and Red. Couldn't ask for better one.

I have this rice cooker and its amazing!Expensive=always better.Its worth it. I can keep my rice in this for three days straight it continues to warm without spoiling. I would recommend
I have many Asian friends and I eat rice pretty regularly - they told me to take the plunge and get this rice cooker. I did, and I have been pleasantly surprised! First of all, it looks like a spaceship-so cool! Secondly- The rice in this unit just exceeds my expectations! I think it has to do with the pressure technology. I also like the fact I can cook stews in here (though I haven’t tried it). It’s interface is a little confusing but once you get it - it does wonders!
Sleek and attractive! Love it! Cuckoo makes the best rice. Lots of functions for different types of rice and foods. 6 cups seemed a little small, so I had to order the bigger one.
I was very hesitated to buy this rice cooker because of expensive price.But It was worth to pay if you are using almost everyday.Normally, I ate brown rice; it came out perfect.Highly recommended but I still need to study more it has a lot of different function esp making bread.
