I have only used the homemade setting due to the fact that I mail my own grains at home and therefore they need their own recipe. I have had a perfect loaf every time for the past few months that I’ve been doing this. I only wish it would save the homemade recipe so that I didn’t have to enter it every time but otherwise, it’s great. A huge timesaver to have the machine do it for you. So I would recommend it.

After about 6 weeks, this bread maker simply ceased working. The display screen froze, rendering the unit unusable. Contacting customer service was an exercise in futility, offering no suggestions/ideas, except to send it back - at my expense. Luckily, it was purchased from Costco, which made the return easy and painless. Save your money and buy a Cuisinart instead.

So convenient to make bread by adding ingredients and push a few buttons. It can make jam too. I love this machine for diversity and tasty bread. Great price less than $100 for a bread maker. Nut dispenser needs to be aligned perfectly for the nuts to dispense. Better quality control is needed for mine came slightly out of alignment between the top cover and body which caused nut dispenser not dispensing.

So far so good. I am experimenting with ratios of salt and sugar to get a good balance. It is nice to know exactly what is inside the bread. I can’t wait to try the other functions such as yogurt .
I got this bread machine on 50% discount and I am so happy that I made the decision to buy it. I tried to make breads and it was so easy. It’s also very great to make yogurt. I make yogurt every night and wake up in the morning to enjoy fresh yogurt.
I use this machine since Christmas mostly dough cycle modelling and cooking in a stove the bread. I also have tried corn bread, it is very good just put less sugar. French bread was not good however I didn’t follow the proportion from the book. Basically for my use, it’s perfect. I like the way it looks and works. My previous bread machine has a delay of 30 minutes before any cycle and that was a major irritation in making dough. I also like the fact that it forgets the cycle if you accidentally started a wrong one just turn it off and select the cycle you need. For my use it is perfect. The nut dispenser doesn’t work or I am doing something wrong, but it doesn’t really matter since you can put the nuts any time you need.
Received the Cuckoo bread maker for Christmas this past year. Worked very well for the first 2.5 months, then died (unit used once per week, on average). The screen froze, and unit would not Start, despite several attempts to “reboot”. Called customer service, and was told to ship the unit back to the company, at my expense. No other suggestions or ideas – really not concerned at all. Then my wife reminded me that she purchased it at Costco! Problem solved. Returned the next day for a full refund. Unfortunately, Costco only sells this brand, which I will never purchase again. Now looking for a Cuisinart.
This bread maker has turned me into a professional baker. Well, not really but close enough. I make bread everyday for my family and they are always blown away by the quality of the bread versus your store bought bread. I love the added nut dispenser to easy add nuts into my breads that call for it.I plan on using this for a very long time!
Following the given instructions has led to excellent loaves of bread, even when done by someone who had little prior knowledge of bread baking. I especially like that they provide flour measurements by weight, as this tends to be more accurate than measuring the flour by volume.
I got this on sale, and I'd say even full-price is worth the money. I can make so many different breads in this (my favorite is sourdough). It comes with recipe book, though you can create your own or follow others on YouTube. I've made a lot of Jams and Yogurt that I've absolutely made my money back. Plus it's a great thing for my mind knowing only simple ingredients were used for my jam/yogurt/bread
