It was just what we needed at our place. Has the option to work as range extender/access point. Been using for more than a week now. No problems so far.Initial config/setup might take some time if attempted via wireless connection.Tip: try being close to your exisitng wifi during setup.

Brought this product to extend our wifi the last couple meters of our house so I wouldn't have to use my mobile data. Well I have had this for 2 weeks, I have already returned the item once to get a replacement, have spoken to the 24hour support (they are really great) multiple times because even after 4 hours trying every trouble shoot possible to get the product operational on our home network, it has made the wifi worse, as there is now a large chunk of our house where I would normally be connecting directly to our router, I now automatically connect to this absolutely terrible product. 90% of the time the issue is I have connection to network but no internet access. Brilliant , works awesome get wifi now in the 2 end rooms that were a dead zone from being too far from the modem and with this little devive they now get wifo with no problems , so very easy to also set up .. supper happy !!

More trouble than it's worth. Cut wi fi back to less than half, caused wi fi to stop regularly and disconnect. When setting it up it totally reset wifi network and had to reconnect all devices on new named network.
After a few stop/starts ro get it up and running, I have to admit, its REALLY nice having that extended range! All of a sudden cast movies or tv shows aren't pixelating or pausing to buffer midway through - just because the kids are hogging the net.
Only let one device connect while my others kept saying "connected with no internet". Useless and could only have it about a few meters away from the router! Useless extender!!
Good product, however, it was not new and unused! There was a user configuration with the iOS, instead of the manufacture defaults. Yeah, it was sealed, must have been repackaged. For the cost, a good value. Product description not accurate for being "NEW."
Used this extender to boost my WiFi signal to a back room where the main router could not reach. Setup was very easy by pressing the button on my router and this unit, they joined up in 2 minutes. Very happy overall and would recommend.
Very easy setup. Added this as a second extension of my wi-fi. It installed nicely with a slightly different connection name. The extender came up quickly and seems to have very good coverage and a strong signal (it connects from the second floor to the first floor primary router).
Definitely improved Wi-Fi range, minor lagging for kids gaming. Purchased on sale and is value for money.
