These gloves are the best I’ve ever had. My hands have never been so warm, and that’s without adding any heating pack. Unfortunately I didn’t have the opportunity to go snowboarding this year, so I was not able to try the squeegee on goggles, but I’ve used them on my glasses, and it works pretty darn well on those. I recommend everybody to get these, even if they don’t do any snow sports.

Full Disclosure - I've only got one day on the hill with these gloves. So, I can't speak to long term durability, other than they appear to be very well made. They are super warm. The removable liner allows you to fine-tune to conditions though. Sizing seems to be pretty accurate to the measurement guidelines on Dakine's website. The leather palm seems thick and I'm hoping it will hold up for a long time. They come with Nikwax to waterproof the leather, and I applied it per the instructions. Due to dark colored damp areas during the first wear, I'm not convinced it works great, so I may put a coat of Mink Oil on it. Overall, I'm very impressed and happy with them so far, and I'd highly recommend picking up a pair if you have the means.

These are amazing. I have always had issues with freezing hands and fingers turning red with cold while skiing, due to my poor circulation. But these kept my hands so toasty and warm, and on less cold days I did not even need to use the liners - and still warm! My son tried them for a few hours one day, and ow he also wants a pair now too.

I have a tendency to get gold hands during winter and I did not want this this year. The fact these gloves come with a liner of colder days says DAKINE comes ready. They’re good quality, the stichs look sturdy (unlike my previous AUCLAIR that did not make a full season last year!). Still early in the season but very happy with the first Ski day with the new gloves. Great fit for my hands, not too tight not too loose on the fingers. Love the goggles scraper on the left thumb. Pocket on top is great also for stashing stuff or a hot paw if ever. Long length on the wrists means no worries in heavy pow days. Very happy so far. Will advise if this changes
Full of features, feels cosy with the Gore warm lining, nice leash, thumb wipes and goggle wiper squeegee. The liner is good quality and fit on its own, but I found it a tight fit when used in combination with the outer glove which resulted in floppy finger tips.Otherwise It’s nicely tailored and the gauntlet cuff is wide and deep, great. I’d recommend this as two pairs of gloves, rather than a glove with a liner combo,
These gloves are very warm and have great features, such as the goggle wipe and nose wipe. They still provide great dexterity, though slightly less when using the included liner gloves.
So far so good. Haven't had any super wet PNW days yet but they are warm, the liners are really nice addition, good for colder days. I like the wrist leash. The back zipper is there for a heat packs I assume. Not sure how great those work. I wouldn't put my keys there but might be nice for a credit card or cash or something similar. The leather palms are nice but light, picked up a lot of black from my poles, otherwise nicely tactile.Color is pretty nice and goes well with my lipstick.
We bought two pairs of the same size and we both love them. Mine runs small and another fits well. Warm and comfortable even without the liner glove. You might go one size bigger if you do not like the gloves to get just fit. Gortex material is really helpful to keep you warm and dry, but still comfy. Worthwhile choices!
These gloves felt like they would be warm when I tried them on in the store. So far, they have proven good down to about middle 20s without the liners in. I bought an XL, and they are more snug than other XL gloves from other brands, even without the liners. With the liners, almost too snug, but maybe warmer. I haven't had enough really cold weather to evaluate performance with the liners (they also have a hand-warmer pocket on the back). As for durability, we'll have to wait and see.
Got these for my son who gets cold hands while skiing. They fit well without the liners, but too tight with and I didn't think they would be warm enough sans liners. I have an old pair Dakine Excursion's that are lined with wool which I really like. The new model of Excursion's are smaller in the fingers and don't fit me well. Too bad. Dakine is sold brand that uses quality materials (gore tex, leather, wool).
