Blunt knives will cause uneven slicing and are dangerous to work with- But not with this knife it is a pleasure to use every time. I use this knife for just about everything with great results.Very good and secure in your hand you have full strength and control while using it.

I ordered my knife 3 weeks ago. Got sent to wrong address so I called customer service. They told me everything will be fixed up as the knife was returned to sender. It’s been a week now and I haven’t heard from them. Now I have to get on the phone and get put on hold for ages to see if anything can be done. Watch this space.
