Larger wok was too big for new BBQ. This one fits perfectly - able to close the BBQ lid to gain greater heat. Very solid piece and did not require seasoning. Cleans up easily.
My sister was after a small 'single girl' wok. This one fitted the remit perfectly. Good weight and quality. She was very happy to find it in her Christmas stocking.
An excellent and so far durable non stick surface. The flat base makes the wok stable on the stovetop burner. Makes a great stirfry and is also handy for cooking pasta sauces from scratch. The handle is a nice shape to grip.
This wok gets nice and hot so I can cook a genuine stir fry. Previous woks I've owned were just not getting hot enough and food was always catching on the bottom. Easy to wash and keep clean to. Excellent service and quick delivery from kitchenware house as usual.
I love this wok because I can use it to cook everything in it. It's great for chinese meals, steak, bacon and eggs, stews and anything else I like to cook. I've bought a lid and rack so that I can steam fish and wontons too. It's so versatile looks great, is easy to clean and I sometimes put it in the dishwasher. It must then be oiled to keep it non stick but not necessary if it's washed by hand. Best wok I've ever had.
Terrific pan, browns the meat, gets nice and hot even on induction which seems to have less heat output. Easy to clean and double handles make cooking and serving a large batch easy! Love it!
Excellent balance and heat dispersal, I use it on my wok burner at gentler temperatures, Good balance and easy to handle, large area to move food to different areas when stir frying. Easy to clean.
