This is a great wok. A word of warning though when seasoning it, do not use a paper towel to move the oil around the pan while seasoning it, you will move the glazed wax finish. I did this by mistake but it hasn't noticeably impacted the performance of the wok, just the appearance.
Hopefully this wok will be like my old one and Greste some great stir fries
Very happy with this wok. Searched far and wide for a stainless steel wok as I know they are the best for flavour. Also love the extra handle on the side
Above average, a bit too heavy to do saute, have to use both hands.
35cm is just right size for me. Wooden handles have a better-than-expected nice finish. I would have liked the side helper handle to be slanted outwards a bit more, perhaps 45°, instead of almost vertically from the wok. After seasoning, it was a delight to use. Wok heats up much faster and hotter than any of my other woks and pans.
