It's OK as far as matches the specs. No disappointments, though no surprises either. Good thing it connects to up to 3 devices, bad thing it"s only 3. Also, you can switch between them only sequentially by waking all them up. It is mid level quality, however betrer then majority of plasric rubbish nowadays. Certainly would be a winner if had blacklit keys. The app installs a service which customizes hot keys, however often fails to start especially after windows updates and requres to re-install. Advantage - can communicate with modern multimedia devices supporting bluetooth, for instance Android TV.

Absolute bets for the money. Super comfy, uses 2 AA and 1 AAA so eficient on batteries. Can connect with dongle and Bluetooth to another 2 devices, great if you need to quickly run PC, Tablet and Mobile and you can use that device easy as on all 3. People in the office love these, for me the best product for the money.

Fantastic product. Very clean design and easy to use. Not overly loud either and the switching between devices is seamless (I have my Work Laptop and home laptop connected). The only small issue which has occurred once or twice since purchasing the keyboard combo is for some reason the calculator will open 80 tabs and drastically slow the laptop. The keyboard may not be the cause of this (in fact I would be surprised if it is but as I said this has only occurred since purchase). I would still recommend this product.

Nice features. Somewhat convenient. However I found that it often got frozen and I have to re-plug that little USB thing. It caused me to stop using it as it is a bit annoying for not being reliable, But the idea is nice.
Great tool! Works seamlessly between my chromebook (pixelbook) and windows devices. Keyboard is very silent and comfortable and mouse is very ergonomical and responsive. 4 stars because I wish a compact version of the keyboard was available. I know that there's another similar compact keyboard and mouse combo but that's an older version. TIP: If you are having issues with connectivity between devices, ask for a replacement. First keyboard and mouse I received took ages to connect with my pixelbook (via bluetooth) but worked fine with windows. Had it replaced and now it only takes a couple of seconds for it to connect to either device.
General works well with two little issues, one with the keyboard, one with the mouse. Not often, but occasionally, when a key is hit it will repeat itself a few, or many, times. Then you have to delete them out. With the mouse, it will occasionally freeze itself for a second when you want to move it. Not major issues but not perfect. Connected easily to my computer, and so far the battery drain seems low.
Comfortable and quiet for touch typing. Connectivity was really easy and reliable. Media keys are handy, though if you use those functions for other shortcuts, the function combination is a bit fiddly, it would be great if there were dedicated keys for media functions. Overall though, very happy, I love the compact design that doesn't take up much space. Mouse is comfortable and good to use, though it has more functions than I really need to use at the moment.
The keyboard is amazing. Great to type on, is aesthetic and works well when switching from my surface pro to my dell laptop throughout the day. The mouse however is very below average, it doesn't feel nice in the hand, the feedback when sliding/moving the mouse around on a flat surface isn't very tactile and nor is the scroll. Would be great if they could improve the ergonomics of the mouse. Overall, would be a 5 star product without the mouse.
I recently purchased a new Dell OptiPlex 7090 micro system with the Dell Multi-Device Wireless Keyboard & Mouse. Switching between desktop and laptop connection is done with the push of a button! I have set up Channel 2 for my desktop, and Channel 3 for my Dell XPS13 laptop. Key feedback is soft on the fingers and precise. The keyboard acoustics also have a premium sound when typing - not that hard plastic sound you experience with cheaper peripherals. Very happy with my purchase!
Keypads so quiet. You didn't realise you'll like this feature until you started using. Low profile with slight incline, helps your hands rest naturally. Mouse feels a tad bulky & weird to get used to, but once you do, it's awesome! Love this investment!
