Works really well across three laptops. We needed a solution for three laptops that are used in the same home office, at different times and this was it. Easy to switch keyboard and mouse over to whichever laptop is in use at the time.

Very nice solidly built metal keyboard with smooth key action, the mouse is plastic but seems sturdy. The included software makes the mouse setup options/ button controls very easy to assign, worth the expense IMHO

I'm on my second keyboard/mouse and the replacement is doing the same. The mouse is connected fine. The keyboard will suddenly delete a whole email or get stuck on one key. It works fine for a while then starts playing up. Then it won't work at all. I've tried connecting via bluetooth and wifi with the same result. I've tried updating the bluetooth drivers and the keyboard drivers but it has the latest. The PC is a brand new MSI (also purchased from JB). Dell forums show this is a common problem but none of the fixes stated online work. I'll have to bring this back in and find something similar. When it works it's a pretty good wireless set but the problems are unworkable. My wife lost a full page typed email and boy did I cop it! JB have been very helpful but ... Very similar to chiclet style keys used in modern ultra books. Very quiet mouse and keyboard action. Previously used a bog standard dell wireless combo but this thing beats the snot out of it. Seriously considering buying a second one for use at home (at work it’s perfect)! Note that windows 10 will install a companion app which allows you to change some settings of the keyboard and mouse. Very handy if you want to change the mouse dpi for example.
First of all, I am a heavy user. Now that you know that, I bought this combo less than a year ago (360 days), and since then, I have my device replaced four times (basically one time every 3 months). The reason was the same each time: the mouse buttons stop working properly (the wheel don't work and left-click skips clicks). Tired of it, will return it next time (probably in 3 month :D )
This keyboard looks and feels fantastic. The mouse is less attractive but very very comfy. Typing is nice and quiet. Unfortunately, though the Dell official site (and the actual box) says it's compatible with Mac, I had some issues, namely that the Capslock key only works to turn it off, not on. Obviously this is a pretty major issue. For the price, I would expect a little bit of a sleeker design but overall I was happy with it, and honestly if the issue with the Capslock hadn't presented itself, I would 100% have kept it.
Got it today so haven't been using it for long. First impression the keyboard and mouse both have premium feel and are really comfortable to use. Initially I was worried about the compact keyboard design will be too hard to type but it works perfectly! Chris from Prahran Store offered amazing customer service to help me decide which product suits my requirement, really patient and helpful!
Arrived super fast as usual from JB-Hi-Fi, super high quality build. mouse feels fantastic to hold. Short cuts are super handy on mouse, I mapped mine to zoom and undo. Setup instructions are confusing though and not backlit, otherwise super great!
I've had this product for a couple of months now, and I've enjoyed using it so much I'm buying another for my home office. I can't get over how quiet the keys are compared to earlier model DELL keyboards. I haven't had any issues with the bluetooth connection since I set it up. However, it did take a couple of times to connect (noting this might be user error)
Compact keyboard with full numeric keypad plus. Keys are great and really good quality, no backlight which is annoying. My issues are: the connections drop maybe 1 or 2 times a month and fiddling about to get it going. the letters have worn and I'm missing my H and N - I use it all day every day, but still my Mac keyboard has never worn out a letter. The space bar has started to jam. I'm guessing that's age - I could probably take it apart and clean it but what if I break it...... For the price you get a fantastic keyboard for 1 to 2 years full time use.
