Fast easy seamless delivery. I love my new humidifier. I am amazed at how much water it extracts from a room. It is lighter than expected so easy to move around the house. I am no longer removing mould from furniture, shoes and walls.

I bought this product after the epic rain and floods in NSW and put it downstairs in our house to dry out the basement. Within hours it had extracted so much water from the basement and after leaving it on overnight and into the next day, we had extracted 3 full containers of water. The pump function is great on this machine. Plug the hose in and we've run it out the side of the basement and into a drain to run continuously. Very good product!

Does exactly what it says on the box. It takes moister out of the air and collects the water in a reservoir for you to dispose of it (or your can even set it up to drain, err, down the drain!). The machine does exactly what I need and expect it to do. Would have given 5 stars if only it didn't continuously run, i.e. when it reaches the desired humidity level it doesn't turn off it just runs at a reduced and less noisy operation.

Does what it should, - the build in pump make it great for long time working non-attended. Only drawback is really that the fan think it always needs to go on high, - unless you manually set it down. As it sits on a timer, a bit annoying.
It was easy to set up and operate, the pump feature on the DD230P unit is convenient and allows hours of operation to address a damp problem, without the need to monitor constantly. The setting for the desired humidity is also helpful.
This item is invaluable during periods of very damp weather or if the building has a leak. It is easy to move from room to room and seems efficient to remove moisture from the surroundings. It can be set up to deposit the water into a hose to a drain or to store the water into a bucket inside the equipment.
This unit was in the top 5 of the choice review at the time. I was surprised it wasn’t higher in the list and figured the criteria that was bringing it down was irrelevant to me. I am so glad I made that decision as it really is a powerful unit that gets the job done efficiently.
Great design, works very well. I sat it in front of my walk in wardrobe and within a few hours I had to empty the reservoir! So glad I upgraded from using those damp crystal containers. If you live in the tropics or sub tropics & don’t have air conditioning, this is a great investment in keeping your clothes & electronics free from damp / mould. Only need to use it on those really damp days. It’s on wheels so easily transport it to different rooms to really dry out the spaces. It is loud but a small inconvenience then dealing with mould regularly.
Much more efficient than the previous model (take less time to reach the same level of humidity). But there are two things I really miss from the old model: when the humidity level reaches the setting value, the fan will still ongoing instead of stop like the old model; secondly the timer cannot remember the last setting value, have to set the period every time.
Tonight, I tested it out and after running it for 3 hours i turned it off. I heard some water running down the below tank. I opened it and saw there was about 500 ml of water. Hopefully this will help my home stay dry with lesser condensation in the air and be ready for the next wet Spring season. Money well spent, in my opinion.
