Excellent product - functionality and design top notch. Expensive though for its capacity vs competition, but added air ionization and oscillating roto design give great effect and performance.

Fill with water plug in cool air. Used off grid, 2 large 12 volt auto type battery's and get 12-14 hours cool air. While charging battery's go over to 110 works great also. Has good memory after filling up water returns to the original setting. Advertised CFM is correct. EZ to fill, quite

The cooling fan work great. A little ice water helps keep the temperature down. I live in Northern CA, very hot and dry in the summer months. I expect the product to help cooling my small room without a huge spike in the electricity bills.

Amazing plastic brick!!

This amazing plastic brick works exactly as advertised - it cools exactly ZERO square feet! Isn't that incredible? It looks like Lowes has - once again - spared no expense at their corporate offices. I feel totally secure buying products from these idiots. After all, if they got the specs wrong in the title, imagine the thought that goes into vetting these products for their website.

Bad Unit...

I purchased this unit from Lowes a month ago, and it doesn't work it don't cool at all, I got it for a stare bed room and I leave it on the whole day and it never cool, I don't understand it, but I've tried everything, and I've brought lot's of evaporative cooler's in my life and this unit by far is the worst I've ever purchased. I can't believe Keystone would put their brand on such an item, anyway just a heads up for anyone looking to by a decent cooler please stay clear of this one. Thank you.

Easy and convenient way to cool down a small room

This was a great purchase to cool down a small room with west exposure that has no A/C. I use it every afternoon. I use the ice pack and cold water and within 30 minutes it's a few degrees cooler. Not sure why the cooling mode shuts off when there is still plenty of water in tray but the fan does continues. Perhaps that is for safety. I just unplug it and add more water, and I'm back in business.

These units work well, both arrived with flat batteries in remotes which took a while to work out. It would be better if you could turn off display leds at night, I’ve had to place black tape over them.Other than those issues great units

Leaks like a seive

This is the second version I have had. The previous version worked for a couple of years before burning out. After a short amount of use this version leaked all over the carpet. I have to sit it in a tub to collect the water. The tub has no cracks and is not damaged but the unit leaks from somewhere.I get three hours of use (average) before having to fill it up.

Water drip from comb filter

Kindly advise if water drops from the back of the comb filter during the ionization mode is a normal act.
